Revealing mistake: After the trained chimp is shot and is crawling into the cage, they show a shot of an ape turning around. You don't even have to look hard to see it but there's a two inch strip all the way down his face with no makeup. Clear as day. (01:41:30)
Continuity mistake: After trying to entice the primitive tribe with flashy clothes and a boom box, Alvin and Simon get tied to a hut. The four ropes around their wrists are initially tied together in one knot right above their heads. But once they notice that Theodore is being pampered like a god, Alvin and Simon's wrist ropes are suddenly knotted separately instead. (00:51:05)
Other mistake: When Leela is signing the petition, Amy grows a third arm for a split second.
Continuity mistake: The arrangement of the core samples in the safe changes, just after Sheev walks away. The two samples in the bottom left move to being in the centre. (00:36:50)
Continuity mistake: When Fievel discovers that Warren T. Rat is actually a cat in disguise, the hat tucked into his black belt disappears between shots. (00:51:20)
Continuity mistake: When Garfield is in outer space asking the computer to tell him if he's really living in life number 9, his armchair vanishes for an entire shot. (00:40:00)
Continuity mistake: While singing in a duet with Miss Piggy, Céline Dion is wearing a dress with a strap over her right shoulder. Near the end of the song, the strap is suddenly on her left shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When the Pevensies are playing hide-and-seek, there's a shot of Lucy running up the stairs. If you look closely, she is wearing the dress that she wears in her third time to Narnia, not the dress that she was wearing when she goes through the wardrobe into Narnia for the first time. Continuity mistake: After Renesmee's birth, there are two smudges of blood on Edward's right cheek. While Edward works to transform Bella, the blood spots appear and disappear between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Emma finishes her performance after the big car chase, she jumps off the star and slides on her knees to the edge of the stage. It cuts to a much further back shot, and suddenly she is quite a ways away from the edge of the stage, back next to the star. (01:06:55)

Continuity mistake: After Batman shoots Reverse Flash through the head, Flash rushes over to Batman and catches him before he falls over from his wounds. As Flash is lying him down slowly, there is no blood on Batman's face. It then cuts to a close up as Batman reaches up to pull off his mask and there is suddenly blood on his lips and chin. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Count Olaf starts walking from the balcony to the stairs, you can see his right hand when he is saying "lovely home" with no writing. Later when he looks at his hand to remember Violet's name, his hand has writing on it. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: After they tear her dress before the ball, Stepmother gets into Cinderella's face and points her right finger at her, but in the next shot it's her left finger pointing up at Cinderella's face.
Revealing mistake: When Jack is hanging out of the truck you can see him standing on the hood of the car which Lydia is driving. At some points we get camera view from the back seat of the car. In some angles the mirror inside the car disappear. This is to prevent us from seeing the camera. (01:04:15)
Continuity mistake: When the young mutants are showing each other what they can do, they all have a glass of cola, all four sitting on a corner of the table. But when Banshee wants to show what he can do, the glasses are instantly lined up. (00:51:00)
Continuity mistake: The live news broadcast of Superman's interview after his resurrection shows it broad daylight in Metropolis. When Martha Kent sees this at her farm, although being in the same state, it is pitch black night time outside at her house. (00:40:10)
Continuity mistake: After Pongo spots Anita and Perdita walking towards the park, Pongo moves the time forward on the clock and he leaves the dial's hinged bezel open as he rushes to the door and barks, but when Roger checks the time on the clock the bezel is closed. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When Nicholas waits at the CRS office he is supervised by a hidden camera. In the convex cover of the camera you see a reflection of the whole room but Nicholas, who is standing in the middle of the room, is not visible. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: When Septimus attacks the redheaded farm boy, the position of his knife changes between shots, from the farm boy's throat to behind his ear, several times. (00:58:05)
