Ace Ventura: Pet Detective

Ray Finkle, the kicker for the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl XVII, blamed Dan Marino for the whole thing (saying the held the ball laces in.) So he escaped from Shady Acres Mental Hospital and assumed the identity of Lois Einhorn, a missing hiker, in order to become leiutenant of Miami Police and get even with Dan Marino. So Einhorn is Finkle, the one who kidnapped Snowflake and killed Roger Pedactor. Ace reveals all of this to the police in a warehouse struggle between him and Einhorn, after which Einhorn is arrested and Marino and Snowflake are taken back to the Superbowl for the second half.

Trivia: The dolphin was trained to retrieve many objects that were thrown in a pool at SeaWorld Miami. There were maybe 12 -16 different shaped and weighted items that she learned to pick up and place on the side out of the pool and water. One of the objects and the most important was a black rubber gun. Every single time the only object she would not recover was the gun.
