As he starts walking he passes by another window with a curtain. It then cuts to a closer angle and suddenly the window no longer has a curtain. Also a wire appears on the wall in front of him. And you can tell it is the same house, not a time jump, as the rust at the top of the window frame is exactly the same. (00:01:15)
Continuity mistake: When Doctor Strange attempts to use the Time Stone on Ebony Maw, Maw ties up Strange telepathically and strangles him unconscious. Beside Strange is a police car and a motorbike tipped on its side. Maw then lifts the ground he is lying on, but the police car has been replaced by an SUV and the motorbike has disappeared. Continuity mistake: When Ken Wheatley is pointing his tranquilizer gun at Zia after he shot Owen, he puts the gun in his left hand and uses his right hand to wave his men down, but mid wave, the camera cuts to a different angle and he is waving with his left hand while holding the gun in his right hand. Factual error: During the mid-credits scene T'Challa is addressing the United Nations about Wakanda's true nature. A Welsh flag can be seen among the other nation's flags, which would suggest that Wales is a separate nation from The United Kingdom - not the case.
Continuity mistake: After the scene where Doomsday kills a bear and some campers, Lois is seen walking across the street to the Daily Planet and talks to Cat. The lines on the street change between shots with the solid white line vanishing for just some dotted lines. And also cars appear on the other side of the street Lois just walked from that were not parked there in the previous shot. (00:38:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Dmitri gets weapons from the back of the government vehicle: you can see the reflection of 3 crew members in the window of the truck. In the same shot you can see a crew member's gloved hand holding a flashlight inside the vehicle to light the scene. (01:16:00)
Revealing mistake: Fight in the toilet of the Paris nightclub: the presumed Lark rips out the sink's drain and begins assaulting Tom Cruise with it; Walker intervenes holding him, but the nimble Asian does a flip and brutally tosses him to the ground. As Henry Cavill is bent over before being snapped to the floor, on his back, you can definitely see a protective pad through the jacket. (00:31:52)
Continuity mistake: When Baca's Hummer starts throwing up steam and smoke from the engine, they slow down to stop and get out to check it out. As they are slowing down and coming to a stop, the camera shows a view from inside looking out the front windshield and there is a guard rail on the side of the rode that is right next to them as they stop. When the camera changes angles to outside as Baca opens the door, the guard rail is suddenly at least a good 5 or 6 car lengths behind them. (00:23:30)
Continuity mistake: After Chloe runs off into the woods and the other two girls finally find her after she's had her run in with Slender Man, they are shining the flashlight in her eyes and asking her questions. Continuity mistake: When Michel finds the pink thong in the laundry and thinks it's his wife's, he climbs on her bed chewing on them playfully before she tells him it's his daughter's thong. Between shots when she puts the mechanical pencil on his lips and tells him, the thong is suddenly hanging out of his mouth much further. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: When Thompson is about to climb into the bed with Eve, she has her hands in her lap with the Mem Glasses. In the next shot suddenly her hand is up by her head as she messes with her hair. (00:21:05)
Continuity mistake: Malorie pulls out her Sig Sauer P229 handgun and begins firing but the insane guy disarms her and the handgun falls. Malorie is on a boat and the crazy guy is standing in deep water. It isn't shown where the handgun lands when it falls out of the insane guy's hand. Later on Malorie pulls another Sig Sauer handgun from the same holster, however this time it's a model P228 or possibly P226, the 226 has a 0.5 inch longer barrel. Continuity mistake: Constantine wakes up from a nightmare and sits up in his bed clutching his head. The window beside him has the blinds wide open with Big Ben seen through the window. But in the next shot suddenly the blinds are down covering a lot of the window. Also his bed posts change shapes. (00:03:10)
Continuity mistake: During the tour in the art gallery, Kurt and Elisabeth stop to listen to the tour guide. When the camera cuts to a closer shot of Kurt, a man in a brown jacket and beige sweater vest has suddenly appeared behind Kurt that was not visible in the previous shot. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: After Gillick saves Isabel and they get into the car, the seats in the car don't have any head rests. But after they turn, and the camera shows them in the car again, the headrests are there. (01:02:55)
Continuity mistake: In the first WW2 flashback the protagonist is handing the various items to the Nazi doorman. When he puts down the pen, he is doing it with a left hand in the table close-up, but he picked it with his right, as the left arm is busy holding the coat. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: When Cheng watches Bu stick the note on the café window, no one else can be seen on the pavement in front of the café. When the scene is shown again inside the café, a father with a baby can be seen walking past the window, who were not seen the first time. (01:54:00 - 02:02:25)
Continuity mistake: Velma reluctantly agrees to Daphne's idea to check out of the mysterious locker. She says "We'll come up with something." Right part of the frame, and in the background there's an extra (black kid with a plaid white shirt) that is simultaneously also eating at the table in the reverse shot. (00:31:15)
