Continuity mistake: When the TV star is killed he is wearing a white t-shirt with black lettering. As he is dragged to and placed in the trunk of the car it is still visible. When the CSIs move him from the trunk onto the gurney, there is no lettering on the t-shirt.

Continuity mistake: When an Entertainment Weekly magazine falls onto the table and Foxxy and Clara both hold it. If you look at Foxxy's hand you see that her furry bracelets suddenly disappear and then reappear.
Continuity mistake: When Jack gets an incoming phone call from the kidnappers, he puts the phone to his left ear with his right hand, then in the next shot, the phone is to his right ear. (00:28:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Merchant Banker sends Mr. Ford through the trap door, you can see a crew member waiting to catch him below the stage. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: When Ray Von is walking towards the van with the inflatable in, there is only one person in the van, the driver. But when the shot changes and he is by the driver's window of the van, there is a passenger in the van also.
Suggested correction: This entry is incorrect. If you watch the scene carefully you can see the passenger's nose and mouth very slightly in the window screen, To add to this, if you look at the passenger window as the van pulls up you can see the passenger is leaning against it, obscuring him from the front window shot.
Continuity mistake: Ray places a donut that Debra throws at him on the third step and then stands up. Later the donut appears on the second step when Frank comes down the stairs. (00:19:15 - 00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, the NSA's black SUV rams into Chuck's little car. The front license plate breaks off and is hanging on by one corner. When it's backing down the stairs, the plate has somehow reattached itself perfectly to the bumper. (00:29:20)

Continuity mistake: When the vendor throws the hotdog at the press conference, a lot of the toppings/condiments trail behind it. When the shot changes and the hotdog hits Mike, there are no condiments trailing behind it. (00:19:10)
Visible crew/equipment: After Hutch finds the ticking box with the clown and Starsky's badge inside, when it cuts to Hutch and Dobey walking toward the squad room, the cameraman and camera are reflected on the door's glass window. (00:17:20)
Continuity mistake: While trying to restart the engines after the ship is hit by the nuke's EMP, Chandler is checking the fuses while Chung is going through his checklist. There are only five visible fuses in the six available slots in the panel that Chandler is checking. After he gives the order for Chung to "give it a kick-start," the slot which previously had no fuse now does, only for it to shoot out from the start attempt.
The Night of Miguelito's Revenge - S4-E12
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, as Jim West walks away from the newsstand vendor and closes the magazine, a 1967 ad for DieHard batteries ("The DieHard Fights the Common Cold") can be seen on the right-hand page of the prop magazine, in a modern sans serif font.
Continuity mistake: Perry White has The Mad Scientist’s letter straight on his desk, but then it turns it to a diagonal angle when he reads it to Lois and Clark. Lois says that she wants to crack the case on her own and the shot pans back to Perry as he thinks about it for a moment, and this shot shows the letter still diagonal on the desk. Then Lois shouts out "Thanks Chief" and dashes off before he can respond and the image cuts to a different angle. Now suddenly the letter is straight on his desk like it was before he turned it. Continuity mistake: After Mike's mother tells him that she heard a prowler, when it cuts to Mike and Carl showing up at her house we see that the window is wide open, but when they move in closer ordering the "sicko" to come out of the hedge, the window is closed as it should be, until Mike's mother opens it when she sees that the "pervert" is actually Kay. Revealing mistake: At the river to cross over to Mt Weather, the vine used to swing across the river is just a standard rope, camouflaged. You can see it best when Finn recovers it after Jasper has jumped.
Continuity mistake: The dancer is eating some M&M's on Pam's desk. In one shot, there are some M&M's on the table in front of Pam. In the next, they are missing.
Continuity mistake: Aunt Clara crashes into the pagoda and is helped up by Darrin and Samantha. They head inside and you can see Aunt Clara's purse sitting in the pagoda to the bottom left. But when all three enter the house, Aunt Clara is now carrying her purse. (01:14:00 - 01:20:00)
Into That Good Night: Part 2 - S9-E24
Visible crew/equipment: When Bev hears "movement" on the baby monitor everyone rushes toward Roseanne on the stairs, and just as Roseanne comments that they're all "scary enough individually," we can see the second camera appear at the left side of the screen. Then, when Bev walks through the bedroom's doorway, there's movement of the boom mic at the top left corner of the screen, and when DJ turns on the camcorder the end of the set is visible from the POV of the camcorder.
Roger Codger - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When the bus driver finds Roger, the Dignity Towers Retirement Home bus is only a few feet away from them. But in the shot where Roger says "How do I get home? How do I get home?", there was no sign of any bus for many many meters. As if the bus just appeared out of nowhere. (00:09:45)
Continuity mistake: During the beginning before the opening credits, C.J. is briefing the press corps on the bus. In the outside shot of the bus, C.J. has her left arm resting on a rail, towards the door. When the shot changes to inside, C.J. has her right arm on a rail towards the driver. (00:01:15)
