Factual error: In all the episodes leading up to Howard and Bernadette's wedding, Howard was going into space to install a space toilet. But in this episode, Howard tells her they want his telescope, so he has to go.
Suggested correction: The space toilet was something Howard designed that NASA installed back in season 2. His mission to the ISS in season 5 was always about his telescope. In episode 5, "The Russian Rocket Reaction", Howard says NASA picked his team's design for the deep field space telescope that's going on the International Space Station in the spring.
The Proton Displacement - S7-E7
Character mistake: When Raj shows Penny, Amy, and Bernadette how to make jewelry, Penny keeps having trouble with the glue and gets it all over her fingers. However, in Season 2, episode 5, she has no trouble at all with the glue when making 1000 Penny Blossoms.
The Speckerman Recurrence - S5-E11
Character mistake: Throughout the show, Sheldon denounced his mother's religion and God. To the extreme. In this episode, he said, "More sense than God gave a mouse." He would never invoke God for any reason.
The Big Bran Hypothesis - S1-E2
Character mistake: Sheldon does not do his 3x OCD knock on Penny's door.
Suggested correction: That quirk wasn't brought into the series until halfway through the first season. The one-knock Sheldon happened a couple of times before it became the three knock habit.
The Creepy Candy Coating Corollary - S3-E5
Other mistake: When Sheldon signs the entry sheet Stuart claims he wrote "Die Will Wheaton Die." But he was only writing for half a second to a second, he could never have written all that in the time frame.
The Prestidigitation Approximation - S4-E18
Continuity mistake: It is well-known that Leonard's glasses do not have lenses to avoid catching reflection by the lights. In this episode, Priya takes Leonard's glasses off, and they have lenses.
The Extract Obliteration - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: Sheldon is siting at the kitchen counter with a mug in front of him. In one shot, the string of a teabag appears coming out of the mug. In between shots, the teabag string moves by itself.
The Robotic Manipulation - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: At the start, as Howard says "And finally my kung pow chicken" the robot arm is level with the top of the bag. Camera cuts and it's reaching to the bottom of the bag. (00:00:15)

Continuity mistake: Leonard is talking to Stuart at the door to his (Leonard's) apartment. Howard then comes over and slams the door in Stuart's face and Leonard has moved back about 4-ft instantly.

The Matrimonial Momentum - S9-E1
Continuity mistake: In the first half of the episode while in Las Vegas, Penny's hair is short; however, later in the episode when she is back in the apartment speaking with Sheldon, her hair is much longer, albeit tied back in a bun, but very obviously much longer and a very different color. The scene from Las Vegas to her apartment was less than 24 hours apart and would have been impossible for her hair to have grown so much.
The Hot Troll Deviation - S4-E4
Continuity mistake: When Sheldon and Raj are arguing about having a desk in Sheldon's office, Sheldon's bottle of water keeps rotating without anyone touching it - take note of the label. The level of water in Sheldon's drink also keeps changing between shots. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When driving to the date, the cars behind Penny's change place instantly. For example a 4x4 becomes 3 cars, which become 1 car in the space of 3 seconds. (00:09:10)

Continuity mistake: When Stephanie asks Leonard why he hasn't told her about Penny, he spills some of the pancake mixture out of the bowl he is stirring. In some shots the spilled mixture vanishes and the appears again.

Continuity mistake: When Leonard, Raj and Howard are talking about Leonard's new trousers, the items on the tray behind Howard keep changing.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon is playing in the ball pit and Leonard is trying to coax him out the position of the black netting of the ball pit alternates between being and not being wrapped around the yellow entrance pillars.
The Classified Materials Turbulence - S2-E22
Continuity mistake: When Raj is going through the ideas on what would work to fix the toilet, Sheldon's hand is not near his face, but when Howard talks about moving to Israel, Sheldon's hand is up by his face.
The Grasshopper Experiment - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: When Raj starts talking to Penny after he drinks the Grasshopper drink in her apartment, in one frontal shot he lifts the drink and begins to drink but in the next shot from behind the drink is back on the counter.
