Other mistake: Anybody hit by the Killing Curse died immediately. If the player uses the Killing Curse on Harlow, he still lives.
Other mistake: Inferi are known to be repelled by light and fire. Many times during gameplay, Inferi will appear outside during the day when they should only appear in very dark places. They even appear inside of caves with rooms that are brightly lit by torches.

Trivia: One of the missions is called "Follow The Butterflies." In "Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, Ron asks why it had to be follow the spiders and not follow the butterflies.
