The SWAT team breaks into Cyberdyne, and kills Miles Dyson. He then sets off the charges. T-800, Sarah and John escape by stealing a SWAT vehicle. The T-100 hijacks a police helicopter and chases them. They eventually fight in a steel mill. The T-1000 is frozen and the T-800 shoots him, causing him to shatter. He soon reforms and the group separates. The two Terminators fight. Then the T-1000 turns its attention to Sarah. It threatens her, but then the T-800 comes and saves her. The T-1000 sticks a pole through the T-800, making it shut down. T-1000 then impersonates Sarah to get to John. The real Sarah shoots it 5 times. The T-800 reboots and shoots the T-1000 with a small explosive launcher. The T-1000 explodes and falls into a pool of molten steel, where it melts. The original arm and chip are also destroyed in the pool. The T-800 destroys itself by lowering itself into the boiling liquid steel, despite John’s pleading not to. John and Sarah Connor survive and think about the fight to keep the future safe.

Chosen answer: Two possibilities. 1: The Terminator is emotionless, so the killing isn't personal, but rather what it's programmed to do. 2: Sarah Connor's plan to kill Miles Dyson to stop Skynet's creation.

It's also a sly nod to another famous tagline, Jaws: The Revenge. "This time it's personal."
