Insidious: The Last Key

Trivia: The town in which the film takes place is briefly mentioned to be called "Five Keys." Which is a bit interesting, as the villain is a demon who has keys emitting from his finger tips, thus literally having "five keys" per hand.

Trivia: The only film in the franchise to not use the series' trademark screeching violins over the opening title card. In addition, it's the only sequel in the series to use a subtitle instead of "Chapter" and a number, with the previous two films being referred to as "Insidious: Chapter 2" and "Insidious: Chapter 3."

Continuity mistake: When Elise's nieces enter the diner shortly before they first meet, they walk by Elise. The shot cuts to another angle, and suddenly her nieces walk by Elise a second time. (You can tell from the shadows that move over Elise).
