Continuity mistake: Near the start, the camera pans out to see the dome now covered in a layer of black. Outside of the dome you can see nice green fields, a small forest area, little houses and everything looks rosy. However a few episodes back the military launched a MOAB (mother of all bombs) and and the surrounding area was wiped out completely. (00:05:50)
Suggested correction: The entire left side of the dome is where the bomb blew up. Now if you watch back when the bomb hit the dome, picture the lake being to the north on the map. When Joe and Norrie were looking for Ange, and they were on the bench when the bomb hit, SW in the scene is a pretty close point to when they show the aerial shots of the dome.

Continuity mistake: When Big Jim communicates to the military commander at the dome, he writes on his notepad, and shows "Me and my son" to the commander; yet when he returns to his car and looks at it again, it's written quite differently. (00:24:05 - 00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: When Pauline enters the dome through the lake, her hair and whole body is wet, when she enters the house her hair is not only dry, it is professionally styled. Maybe they were out in the sun long enough for Pauline's hair to dry but I doubt if they met a stylist along the way.
Suggested correction: All 4 of them were equally wet getting out of the lake; and all 4 of them were dry when they next appeared in the story - which could have been an hour or more later, depending on how far they had to walk.
And they met a hair stylist along the way?
Revealing mistake: Julia is throwing the tennis ball at the wall and is turning around to talk to Barbie. The military truck on her right has its front drivers tire on the line where the wall is supposed to be. This would mean that the whole front of the truck would be inside the dome. (00:07:44)
Visible crew/equipment: When the spirit of Norrie's mother appears, you can see reflections of monitors in her glasses.
Other mistake: James 'Big Jim' Rennie shoots at a picture of him and his son sitting on a table next to a yellow wall. After he shoots the picture he picks it up. When he does that there is no bullet hole in the wall behind the picture. (00:43:00)
Continuity mistake: When Junior attempts to find a way out in the cement factory tunnels, he is angered at the fact the dome has cut clean through the factory as well. A few seconds later, Junior turns to the Dome and takes his hood off and yells at the dome. In the next frame with Junior, his hood is back up and he begins punching at the dome, his hood is then removed again. (00:23:25)
Other mistake: The temperature is dropping and everyone is bundling up to stay warm, yet when talking to Melanie, we can see Pauline is still wearing her sandals.
Continuity mistake: When saving Julia from the gas-jackers, Barbie shoots one of the assailants in the leg, but when we see the same man later on in the episode, there is no evidence that he was shot.
Blue on Blue - S1-E5
Other mistake: Considering Angie just ran home barefoot, the bottoms of her feet are incredibly clean as she runs up the stairs of her house.
Continuity mistake: When "Big Jim" is tearing down a plastic divider, there is a product placement bottle of liquor: the label is always facing the camera from multiple camera angles. (23:00:00)
Continuity mistake: Angie runs out of her house in bare feet, she is wearing flesh colored ballet slippers when running through the woods to escape Jr., and is barefoot again when she runs into the diner.
Continuity mistake: When Agatha falls overboard from Jim's boat she is barefoot, but when Maxine finds her body on the beach, she is wearing blue shoes.
Revealing mistake: When big Jim is drinking from the liquor bottle the cap is on the entire time.
Factual error: When Jim is watching the guy about to be blown up, the reflection in the binocular lens is the same as we just saw, when it should be a reversed image.
Continuity mistake: After the shot when Julia is lying on the floor and sees her husband, a 7 of clubs is visible right beside her, underneath her hand. The playing card switches position throughout the next 2-3 shots. (00:28:35)
Continuity mistake: Julia's hair changes throughout the course of the episode. It's straightened then curly then wavy and so forth.
Continuity mistake: Jr. is carrying the salt canister in his right hand as he walks to the cement factory, but in the next shot it's tucked under his arm.
Continuity mistake: When Junior is talking with Julia in the cement factory tunnels, Julia lights a match and turns to him. The match's flame changes position every different frame until the whole match is burnt up. (00:29:15)
Deliberate mistake: When the dome is blacked out and blocking Chester's Mill from the sun, there should be no light at all in the forest, yet it's lit as if under a full moon. (01:10:40)
