Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls grabs frog Link's tongue to inspect it, the first shot shows the hole in the wall from where she came out has vanished, then it's back again in the next shot. In the same two shots, her hands change from being right on top of his hand and left on bottom, to left on top and right on the bottom of Link's tongue.
Continuity mistake: Right in the beginning of the title sequence, Zelda and Link walk into a room and see the Triforce of Wisdom. Zelda even says it is the Triforce of Wisdom. It is green. But throughout the entire show in the episodes, the Triforce of Wisdom is shown as blue.
Plot hole: The Triforce of Wisdom is kept in Link's room up in a tower. It does seem logical to keep it with Hyrule's greatest hero to keep safe, but that's all you ever see protecting it. Hyrule is a large kingdom, and the Triforce of Wisdom is a vital part of keeping their community safe. Yet the only one protecting it is Link. And he's not with it 24/7. The room is not very secure either and is breached all the time by Ganon's forces. A kingdom like this would have knights to post all around the tower and be in Link's room when he's away. But nope, not here.

Continuity mistake: After Link frees Zelda from her binds, they stand next to the stalactite and talk. After Link says that kissing him is the only way to cure him of being a frog, and then Spryte says this will be good, Zelda suddenly goes from standing directly on the roots of the stalactite to beside them, and also grows much taller. Link also slides across the floor in a different position. And the color of Zelda's boots changes to an almost reddish brown.
Continuity mistake: In Ganon's bedchambers, there is a painting of a snake on the wall that appears to be biting itself near the tail and that part of its body is bent out. Later that same picture is shown again as Ganon tries to grab Zelda, and now that part of its body is now curved and shaped differently.
Continuity mistake: When the camera pans across Zelda to the door, just before Link blasts it down, Ganon's bed has vanished and instead there is a snake painting on the wall in its place. The brick pattern on the column between where the door and the bed/painting is also changes, as well as the moss on the wall and the wall itself.
00:11:00 - 00:12:20Quantom X
Continuity mistake: As the wall without end is first shown, the camera pans across to show Link and Spryte walking/flying along it. The top of the wall is a layer of blue bricks with lines between each one showing the division. But then it cuts to a close up of the duo and shows the wall closer, the top part is now suddenly one solid piece. In all following shots, the wall top is once again made of a layer of blue bricks.
Continuity mistake: When Spryte and Link are walking along the wall with no end, he oddly does not have his sword with him, and the pouch on his him is missing. But when he looks up at the Iron Wood tree, the pouch is now there and a dark green. It then keeps vanishing and reappearing in throughout the scene but being a lighter green like his shirt.
Continuity mistake: As Link and Spryte are consulting the Triforce of Wisdom, Spryte is standing on Link's shoulder and the robe is still over his shoulder and up to his neck. Then the Triforce talks for a moment, and the camera cuts back to them, and now Spryte is in the same spot on his shoulder, but the robe is now off his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Link talks to Spryte in his room with the Triforce, he stays in the same spot pretty much the whole time. But when it shows him after Spryte first starts talking to him and then later when she is on his shoulder and they are consulting the Triforce, he is suddenly standing by the window, but he has not budged from that spot.
Continuity mistake: As the camera pans across Link's room, it shows it in a mess with an overturned table and cloth on it behind the podium that holds up the Triforce of Wisdom. Then a bit later as Link and Spryte are consulting the Triforce how to return Link to human form, one of the legs of the table vanishes, the cloth over it changes how it is folded, the light brown part of the table top becomes much lighter, the floor design changes up, and the shape of the Triforce's podium changes.
00:08:15 - 00:08:55Quantom X
Continuity mistake: In the distance shots of Frog Link talking to Spryte while he is wearing the robe, he is a darker green than usual. Then in the close up as the fly enters the room, he is back to his normal shade of green, his shirt is now a different shade of green, and the robe is lower on his chest.
Continuity mistake: When Link's room is first shown as Spryte is looking for it, the camera pans by his bed and shows a blue sheet draped over the bed post and the top of the bed, but only that way. A bit later the camera cuts to a different view from the opposite side of the bed post and now the sheet is coiled and wrapping around the post much further.
Continuity mistake: After Link's transformation into a frog, he goes back to Hyrule Castle and meets up with Spryte. In the shot that first shows her, there is a chair by the wall by the window. When it cuts to a different angle to show Link covered in a robe, you can tell by the position of the chair against the wall in relation to the lines of the bricks and the lines on the floor that either the bricks, the chair, or the design of the floor has changed size or all the above.
Continuity mistake: After Link eats the Red Dealers, the shot shows their webs still dangling there where they came down like spiders. It cuts to a close up of Link licking his lips for a brief moment, and then cuts back. Now suddenly the webs have vanished, the grass is a lighter color, and the trees and bushes in the background change up and move around. Also link's toes become much smaller.
Continuity mistake: Link awakes in his Frog form and sees the Red Dealers dangling in front of him and then eats them, his head resting against the tree. When the shot cuts closer as he lays back in satisfaction and licks his lips, the size of the tree roots above the ground shrinks. And then they change size yet again in the very next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Ganon tells Zelda that she is coming with him, he laughs and then lowers his head again. As he does, the shadows on his face and helmet, most notably on the left side (from our perspective) instantly change drastically in just a single frame.
Continuity mistake: When the Octoroc picks up Zelda, the first shot showing it shows lots of the areas on it covered in shadow due to the lighting. But in the shot after Zelda screams when she sees what has her as Ganon walks towards Link, there are no shadows on the Octoroc at all. Also the shot where Zelda is screaming she is looking directly at the Octoroc, but the immediate shot where the shadows on it change she is looking back at Ganon.
Revealing mistake: Zelda trips over some tree roots trying to save Link from Ganon and then an Octoroc wraps its tentacles around her. The underside of the tentacles are shaded much darker due to being in shadow. But as the tentacles wrap around her, the side that is in shade on part move the other side and remain dark, when the light should be shining on it from the other side. It is not simply the coloring of the creature as in a following shot there is no dark areas at all due to no shade. And in other shots also the lighting effects where the dark areas are.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon sees Zelda and Link hug, he begins talking about how it disgusts him and he gets ready to attack. As he is talking, several times his extended cheek fazes through the side of his helmet and back, and his fully red eyes half turn brown a couple times, as well as just before he attacks his head oddly swells 150% for a few frames then goes back.
Revealing mistake: When Zelda says Link will always have her and they will stay friends, there is an error in her animation. She puts her arms out to her sides as she says "You still have me" and then instantly her arms go back to being in front of her in a single frame only for her to extend them out at her sides again at normal speed as she walks towards him.
Continuity mistake: After Zelda apologizes to Link for how he looks, Link says he is a monster and can never face anybody again. The shot pulls back to show the pond they are around again, and suddenly the rocks they were standing by go from 4 to 6, the ‘beach' like spot around the pond increases (no tides, it's a pond), and the general hills and shape of the land all around changes shape.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda is pushing Link out of the way of the mummy, you can see the metal of his sword and the folds of the metal in the design, as well as a pouch on his hip. But then when he is walking up to a pond to see his reflection, the metal of his sword is flat with no detail, and the pouch on his hip vanishes.
00:05:40 - 00:06:35Quantom X
Continuity mistake: When Link is turned into a frog, you can see that his sheath is still brown like before as he pushes the mummy away from him. But then as Zelda is tackling him out of the way of the mummy's attack, the sword is still at his side but suddenly without a sheath. A bush also appears next to the rock behind the mummy.
Continuity mistake: Once Link is kissed by the damsel, he turns into a frog and her true form as a mummy of some sorts is revealed, and you can see her face as Link is looking at Zelda. Her face is obviously wrapped up in the cloth and her skin is a purple. But then Link pushes her away and it cuts to a close up of her laughing; suddenly her skin is blue, and the wraps look more the shape of a balaclava than just wrapping.
Continuity mistake: Once Link is kissed by the damsel, he is turned into a frog but doesn't realize it yet. He turns to Link after Zelda cries out his name in shock and asks if she is jealous. And his mouth closes after. It then cuts to a different angle before he looks to see the damsel has turned into a mummy, and his mouth is suddenly open.
Continuity mistake: When Ganon is approaching the unconscious Frog Link by the tree as the Octoroc is holding Zelda, everything changes in the next scene when the two Red Dealers are dropping down on Link. Link's position on the tree changes, the color and shape of the tree is different, even a low branch vanishing. And suddenly the trees in the background are a lot fewer and much closer, and the skyline becomes visible, where previously it was completely out of view from tree tops.
Factual error: While spinning around dragging Link by the dragon's tail, the dragon blows fire at him and burns his feet, barely. But the way the dragon is spinning, there is no way the fire could have curved that way to get Link's feet. And the fire is also coming at Link's feet from above his head towards his feet, but where the dragon's head is it should be coming from below his feet.
Continuity mistake: The other two dragon heads blow fire and burn the top of the middle dragon head, then Link zaps the other two heads. It shows a close up of the middle head and you can see the red burn goes all the way to the lighter blue area. But when the dragon throws his head back to get Link off, the red part of the burn becomes smaller and now more of the darker area is showing much more.
Continuity mistake: After Link zaps the right and left head on the dragon, he points his sword down and aims at the middle head that he is standing on. It cuts to a different angle and suddenly the dragon's mouth is closed, Link's hat is folded back instead of the side, his left hand is balled up in a fist instead of closed, and his legs and knees are bent differently, and he holds his sword with the handle suddenly vertical instead of horizontal. Also it appears the spikes on the dragon's neck are missing and then reappear.
Other mistake: Link lands on the middle head of the dragon and then zaps the left head first, then takes am and zaps the right head. There is almost a full second between him zapping each head and you see the first head glow pink for a moment before he zaps the other. Then the camera pulls back and suddenly the first head has stopped glowing pink but then they both glow at the same time and vanish at the same time.
Continuity mistake: When Link jumps down off the rock and lands on the dragon's middle head, he then jumps up and off the head just before the other two blast at him. But when he does you can see that the middle head suddenly doesn't have a horn any more, where it was present even as Link jumped on it. It's then back again after Link zaps the other two heads and is red from the burns.
Continuity mistake: Link finally arrives and the dragon sees him, all its heads facing the side. But then the camera cuts to a different angle behind Link and suddenly the dragon's position has changed. Now the heads are all looking straight ahead, and the positions of their necks are different.
Continuity mistake: When Zelda first sees the three headed dragon when it is tormenting the damsel in distress, the surroundings change once she leaps into action and it blows fire at her. The rock the girl is against changes shape, the trees in the background become thicker and more numerous, and the trees and bushes in the foreground change up and in position.
00:01:20 - 00:02:30Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Just as the basket of fruit starts hitting the dragon, watch closely. There is a pineapple leading the basket with some bananas. Just before the second batch of bananas hits the dragon, the pineapple suddenly just disappears off frame. Also watch the lower head of the dragon, half his mustache instantly vanishes in the same frame oddly.
Continuity mistake: As the basket of fruit is flying through the air towards the camera, you can see inside it at the fruit and the fruit falling out as it flies. There is a single bundle of bananas with a banana pealing as well, lots of grapes, two apples inside the basket, some lemons, and a grapefruit. But when the camera changes angles as the basket is reaching the dragon, the fruit completely changes. The banana peel is now a full bundle of bananas, the apples disappear, a pineapple appears inside the basket, and there are a lot less grapes.
Continuity mistake: Zelda catapults her fruit basket at the dragon using a tree. As the basket is flying through the air towards the camera, you can see stray grapes flying with it, under the basket. But as the basket draws closer to the camera, the grapes under it suddenly disappear.
Continuity mistake: When Zelda back flips to the tree and then slides her basket onto it, a shot showing her push down the tree has her suddenly have some black lines on her legs just above her knees that are only there in that shot, and nowhere else in the episode.
Continuity mistake: Zelda slips her basket of fruit onto a branch of the tree she pulled down to fling it at the dragon. As she begins pushing down on the tree to give it more spring, one section of the leaves suddenly just vanishes towards the middle. And two other sections of leaves suddenly turn from dark green to light green. Then just before she releases the tree to act as the catapult, they quickly fade back to how they were with rapid rising opacity.
Continuity mistake: After the three headed dragon says the damsel in distress looks good enough to eat, it shows a close up of her by the rock, and there are lots of roots stretched across the rock behind her back. Then after Zelda throws some lemons into the dragon's mouths, it cuts back to the girl saying this is not how it's supposed to be, and now the roots have vanished off the rock.
00:01:40 - 00:02:40Quantom X
Continuity mistake: After Zelda gives the middle head of the dragon heart burn from a grapefruit, he blows fire at her and she jumps and dodges it. The shot changes and she rolls to her feet, and if you watch her basket, all that is visible in it are grapefruits as she is begins sitting up. But as she sits up, some regular grapes just suddenly materialize between the grapefruits.
Continuity mistake: When Zelda rides her horse off camera after hearing the girl scream, she is not wearing anything on her hip, her boots are pointed at the top, and the basket of fruit she has is on the left side of the horse. But after riding to where the damsel is in distress, suddenly her pouch is on her hip, her boots are flat at the top, and the basket switches to the right side of the horse.
Continuity mistake: In her close up, the damsel in distress is yelling out if no handsome hero will save her. Here you see the collar of her yellow dress is green, but the cuffs of her sleeves are yellow like the rest of her dress. But after she calls the dragon a three headed freak and he comes down to complain to her about it, she holds up her arm saying she is just getting into the part, and now the cuffs of her sleeves are green like her collar.
Revealing mistake: On the three headed dragon, once the middle head starts talking about how the girl looks good enough to eat, the head on the right (our perspective) suddenly passes through the neck of the middle head. In the same moment, the light green area on the left head's neck suddenly increases towards the base, making the dark green area disappear.
Continuity mistake: Zelda brings her horse to a stop and then reaches for an apple to throw at the dragon. When doing so, it cuts to a close up of her on the horse, and suddenly, a tassel appears on the horse's butt where the strap is, a blue triangle appears on the buckle of the same strap, an extra layer of blue appears under Zelda's saddle, and her belt buckle suddenly appears.
Continuity mistake: After seeing the damsel in distress, Zelda rides her horse over and turns it around before stopping to dismount. When she is riding to the right, the inner part of her saddle is pink, with the outer blue border, and then the area just under the saddle is also blue, in about the same shape as the saddle. But as she begins turning the horse around, the blue part under the saddle suddenly disappears.
Continuity mistake: When the three headed dragon is shown shaking his heads as he is taunting the girl, his body is mostly light green, but his legs are dark green. But a minute later when Zelda dodges a flame attack by the dragon and lands in front of it, it's legs and feet are now the light green color.
00:01:25 - 00:02:25Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Zelda turns her horse around and you can see there is a yellow spike like ornament on the front of her saddle. Then she has her horse take off running and just before the horse goes off frame, the yellow ornament suddenly detaches from the saddle and is on the horse's neck. Also in the same shot, the brown on her saddle suddenly extends down further from her legs.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda is riding her horse in the beginning, she complains that Link is still asleep and goes to pull an apple out of the basket on her horse. In this shot, the seat of her saddle is completely brown with the blue and pink cloth underneath it. But when she hears a scream after taking a bite of her apple, the side of her horse is shown again and now the front part of her saddle seat is now yellow.
Continuity mistake: The episode begins with the opening shot of Hyrule Castle, and also ends on a shot of Hyrule Castle. In the opening shot and then in the ending shot, the castle has changed up a bit. Most noticeably the vines on the side of the castle have vanished. The bushes around the walls of the castle have lessened. The trees around the castle have also changed. Also the number of windows above the entrance of the castle decreases, and most of the towers change in size and shape. Also an extra pointed tower appears on the right side. And finally the road leading to the castle becomes much more narrow.
00:00:45 - 00:15:05Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Once she hears a scream in the distance, Zelda stops her horse for a moment and says maybe she can have an adventure. She then rears up the horse to turn him. When she does, the pink part of the cloth under her saddle turns blue at the front of it.
Continuity mistake: Once in the clear of Ganon, Zelda, Link and Spryte are walking along a dirt path in the forest. In the first shot of them moving, Spryte is flying alongside them, but her wings are not moving at all. Then it cuts to a closer shot of the three, and suddenly her wings are moving. Then in the close up of Spryte, her wings are moving much slower. Then it cuts away again and once more her wings are not moving at all, and then they stop walking and so Spryte stops, only to have her wings suddenly start flapping again.
Continuity mistake: In the forest after Ganon's lair, after Link says he is glad he is not a frog any more, they stop and turn to each other. Link's mouth is closed and Zelda puts her hand up to his chest. Then it cuts to a close up and suddenly Link is smiling showing his teeth, Zelda's arm is down, and the trees behind them change.
Continuity mistake: After escaping Ganon's lair, Zelda, Link and Spryte are going along in the forest, and Link is talking to Zelda about how he was cured of being a frog. While Spryte is flying next to them, her right arm is weirdly much longer than it's supposed to be, and curved. When it cuts to a close up of her, her arm is back to normal.
Revealing mistake: As Link and Zelda are walking along in the forest with Spryte, Link talks about how it was Spryte's kiss that cured him. As he says this, he looks up at Spryte while he talks, and oddly in several frames a couple times, Link's head separates from his body. Then goes back on in some weird animation glitch.
Continuity mistake: After jumping down, Link and Zelda take off to escape and run along a stone bridge towards a door. The bridge is curved towards the left. But then the same bridge is seen from Ganon's perspective, and suddenly the bridge is curved to the right. Also between shots the stones around the threshold of the door they are running to change in size, shape, and number.
Continuity mistake: Once Ganon is gone, Link blasts a hole in the wall so he and Zelda can escape. When the dust clears, Link and Zelda are standing at the hole. It then cuts to a close up, and suddenly the shape of the hole changes, Spryte suddenly appears between them, and the color of the wall changes from purple, to a yellowy green.
Continuity mistake: After defeating Ganon, Link and Zelda are standing in his bed chamber at the far side of the room. Link then blasts his sword laser at the opposite wall further away from them and blows a hole in it. The dust and debris settle only a split second later, yet when it does Link and Zelda are somehow instantly standing right at the opening he just made, despite them being on the far end of the large room when he fired the laser.
Continuity mistake: Link blasts a hole in the floor big enough for Ganon to fall through easily. Moments later when Link and Zelda are about to make their escape, they are shown standing next to the same hole, which is now much smaller and not big enough for Ganon to have fallen through.
Continuity mistake: The rug that falls over Ganon has blue areas on the inside, and are visible on it in areas bowed up as it is over Ganon. But when Ganon is falling through the hole, you see the under parts of the rug again, but now it is all brown with no blue.
Factual error: After the rug falls over Ganon and covers him, Link blasts a hole in the floor under the evil wizard and he falls through with the rug still draped over him. As he falls in the next shot down a long ways, the rug stays draped over him, completely unaffected by wind.
Revealing mistake: Once Link and Zelda make a break for it, Ganon is shown standing at the hole Link blasted in his wall. Lying over Ganon are several large, tattered pieces of the brown rug that Link had made fall on him earlier. The rug is thick, yet in the spot going over his belly, you can see the drawing lines of Ganon's waistband showing through.
Revealing mistake: All the Moblins are shown to have one of their bottom teeth sticking up out of their mouth longer than the others on the bottom of their mouth. And in all of them the long tooth is on the right side of their mouth. When one charges Link, you see it's reflection in Link's sword, yet despite it being a reflection, the long tooth is still on the right side of the Moblin's mouth.
Continuity mistake: Link blasts the floor under Ganon after he is trapped under a rug and breaks a hole in the floor, Ganon falling through. You can see the thickness of the floor extends down out of sight. But when it cuts to a shot below the floor as Ganon is falling, you see the hole from under and the floor is suddenly much thinner.
Continuity mistake: The rug falls over Ganon, and then the shot cuts to Link before he fires a sword laser at the ground under Ganon. When it cuts back to Ganon and the laser hitting, the wall behind Ganon has completely changed, and the floor stone pattern has also changed up a bit.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon blasts Link away from Zelda before they kiss, Ganon begins trying to grab her. They hardly move from that one spot though. Then when Link is turned back into an elf from frog, he blasts a laser at Ganon and suddenly, a rug magically appears on the wall next to Ganon and Zelda to fall on Ganon, and the wall itself also just appears next to them.
00:13:10 - 00:13:45Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Once Link is returned to normal by Spryte's kiss, her draws his sword and fires a laser at a rug on the wall behind Ganon. It is on a flat wall and begins to fall, but the camera cuts to a closer angle and suddenly the spot directly behind Ganon where the rug fell from has a column in the wall.
Continuity mistake: After Link is turned back into an elf by Spryte's kiss, he stands up and draws his sword. Before he draws it, the shot changes a little to show the action. But several things change in that small cut. The handle on Link's sword changes up, his finger nails vanish, his left hand is suddenly balled up, and some of the moss on the wall behind him moves.
Other mistake: Spryte kisses Frog Link which breaks the spell and turns him back into an elf. As this happens, bright blue light shines off him and you see a shot of Ganon and Zelda, Ganon's back to Link and Zelda in front of Ganon facing towards Link. When the light starts, it shines from the left side of the screen and you see it hitting Ganon correctly, lighting up parts of his body from the left. But the light is oddly hitting Zelda from the right, which doesn't match up.
Continuity mistake: When Link and Zelda are battling the skeletons, each time a skeleton is blasted away, it dissolves into itself leaving a white silhouette for a split second before vanishing, like it’s vaporized. It does this for each and every one, except one. During the fight, Link blocks two skeleton attacks at the same time and flings them up into the air, and then blasts them with sword lasers. They are side by side in the air, and the first one is blasted and dissolves away the same way, but the second one, when hit with the laser, just instantly vanishes. No dissolve or slow fade. Just poof and gone, which is inconsistent with anything else we saw previously or after this.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon is thrown from his skeleton drawn throne, he summons more of his skeleton minions through an underworld entrance cave that pops up from the ground in the middle of the road. Link hands Zelda the bone bow as it pops up and she looks back surprised at it. In this shot, the cave entrance is a perfect triangle shape, and there are no horn structures above the opening. Then it cuts to a closer view of the entrance as the Skeletons begin marching out. Now the underworld entrance has more curved shapes to it rather than strange lines making it triangle, and horn like structures appear above the opening. The rubble around the opening that came up from the road as it rose up also changes in shape.
Revealing mistake: Link ducks a blow from the Moblin’s staff that breaks the vase on the table next to him. The shock knocks the picture of Zelda off the wall that falls and shatters when it hits the table. Some of the debris fall off the side, but then inexplicably just hovers in the air. A small part of the picture frame hovering in the air on the left of the screen. You can tell this is just the animation of the breaking picture was not finished, as part of the debris also flies up above it and just freezes in mid air.
Continuity mistake: When Ganon blasts Link to the ground, Link has no shadow when he lies on his back. A couple of shots later, he suddenly has a shadow. You can also tell he is now in a different spot on the floor by the cracks on the floor and the position of Ganon’s bed. Also in the same shots, the column that Zelda was chained to has moved over, and the walls and cave in the background have changed a bit in shape and color.
Revealing mistake: After Frog Link cuts Zelda’s chains and rescues her, she says "thank goodness you’re here". He responds and as he talks, in a few frames the green around his mouth becomes several shades lighter all of a sudden and then goes back, showing a fault in the animation drawings.
Other mistake: The door that Link blasts down to get into Ganon’s bed chamber has a locking bar on the front of it. A bar like that is used to slide across when a door is two doors to keep them sealed together closed. But when Link blasts it open, it is very obvious this is just a single door with a board on the front that doesn't even stretch to the ends of the door. This makes the locking board and support bones on it completely pointless.
Continuity mistake: Just before Link blasts down the door to Ganon’s bed chamber to rescue Zelda, the camera pans over to show the door. It then cuts to a closer angle just before he blasts it open. Between the two shots of the door, it gets taller, the lock board gets thicker, and the bones holding the lock bar get closer together.
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Ganon looks up after hearing a scream, the stalagmite column Zelda is chained to, as well as Zelda herself, is facing perpendicular to Ganon’s bed. But in all previous shots and shots following this that show the column and Zelda, it is facing the bed.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon hears Spryte scream, he tells Zelda to not go away. In the side view shot, it shows her hands chained behind the column and her arms are close to the sides of the column at 90°, showing it’s a bit of a long chain for hand cuffs. It shows a close up of Zelda’s face as she smarts off to him, then a view directly of her hands behind the column, which shows them much closer together with a short chain.
Continuity mistake: Ganon hears Spryte scream after Frog Link eats a fly. He turns and has his head facing the same direction as his body as he talks. It cuts to a close up and suddenly his head is turned towards his shoulder. Also at the end of the first shot, his mouth is fully closed, but when the close up happens, his mouth is wide open.
Continuity mistake: After Zelda is first shown captured, Frog Link is crawling upside down on a bridge in Ganon’s lair. In the far shot, his hand is right on the edge of it. But when it cuts to a closer shot, his hand is nowhere near the edge and he is more towards the center. In the same set of shots, the stone division in the bridge increases.
Continuity mistake: When the scene starts where Ganon has Zelda chained up in his bedchamber, the first shot pans by showing the door to the room. It is a light brown with a single bar across the front. A little bit later when Ganon is taunting Zelda to give him a kiss, the door is shown again, but this time a much darker brown, with no bar, and a gold handle appears on it. The stones around the door also slightly change, and the moss hanging by the door becomes paler and moves away from the door, and the column vanishes.
Continuity mistake: In the scene following where Link talks to the Witch of Walls, Ganon has Zelda tied up in his bedroom. The first shot showing Zelda, the tops of her boots are flat and level. But then it cuts to a close up of her that pans up from her legs and suddenly the top of her boots are pointed.
Continuity mistake: As the Witch of Walls begins backing up to go back into her wall, the stones on her chest and stomach area change color and shape several times, all in the same shot. This is before she is in the wall so it isn't her changing to be part of the wall yet, as that happens once she stops moving. Most notable are the yellow stones on her stomach that suddenly turn pink as she steps back.
Continuity mistake: The back of the Witch of Walls is shown in a few shots during her scene with Frog Link. When she first shows up and Link tells Spryte he will handle this, and then a few shots later when Link is talking about how he can't Zelda to kiss him, the designs on the witch's back are very different. The shapes and color patterns switches around.
Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls emerges and speaks to Link and Spryte, the shot where Link tells Spryte that he will handle this shows he is standing right next to the wall, his foot practically touching it if not. But in the shot where the Witch has Thin by the tongue, he is shown to be about 2 or so feet away from the wall. The Witch also changes position in respect to the wall as well. Then a few shots later when Link is complaining that he has tried for a long time to get Zelda to kiss him, he is only a few inches away from the wall and the Witch is suddenly a lot further from it, by several feet.
Continuity mistake: As the Witch of Walls is holding Link's tongue, she begins telling him the cure to his curse. Without the shot changing, she lets go of his tongue and suddenly her hood changes to a darker gray than it was. It was almost a blue gray, then it changes to a coal gray in the same shot.
Continuity mistake: After being startled by Spryte, Frog Link leaps into the air and smacks his head on a branch of the iron-wood tree. He looks up at it and is rubbing his head. The shot cuts to a close up as he realizes that's what they are looking for and his hands are suddenly down.
Continuity mistake: When Spryte discovers the Wall Without End curves down and goes into the ground, the shot of her flying to the last visible spot shows that the last of the wall above ground is going down at a curved angle. When the camera shows a close up of where the wall and ground meet, that part is suddenly going straight down. Also the shape and pattern of the stones at the base corner of the wall changes between shots. The size of the bricks in the very last shot of the wall also changes.
00:09:30 - 00:10:50
Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls emerges from the Wall Without End, the camera cuts to a close up and pans up her body, if you can call it that. Her hands change shape and her fingers are different in the close up than when she is first seen emerging from the wall. The ends of her sleeves also change from pink to a darker pink, almost purple. And several of the stone pieces making up her chest change shape slightly and some change color.
Revealing mistake: As the Triforce of Wisdom is telling Link to seek out the Witch in the Walls, Link still has the robe around him that he was using to hide his appearance from Spryte. As he speaks and moves, the part over his right shoulder keeps flashing and changing colors from the white of the robe, to the brown of his shirt.
Revealing mistake: After Frog Link awakens and sees the two Red Dealers, he licks his lips and says "Yum!" but he ribbits just before that. When he does, there is a fault in his drawing on his right eye, which moves and out of focus for a moment then back, almost like an eye twitch. But nowhere near intentional.
Continuity mistake: The first shot showing the damsel in distress has her with her back to a large rock that has a tree on the side of it. The roots stretch across the rock behind her. Then it cuts showing the dragon running at her and then to a close up of the girl. Suddenly the roots are more extensive along the rock behind her.
Continuity mistake: When Ganon is about to blast at Frog Link to make him hop, Frog Link is sitting next to a tree and there are no roots visible right under him. It cuts to a close up and suddenly there is a tree root under his legs. His feet and legs also change positions suddenly in the close up.
Continuity mistake: After the dragon and the mummy are zapped to Ganon's Evil Jar, Ganon begins going on a gloating rant about his plan being successful to turn Link into a frog. Between shots, the floor he is standing on changes from an orangey pink color, to a blue.
Continuity mistake: Zelda defeats the mummy by grabbing the bandage wrap and spinning it to unwrap it. This causes the effect of a "zap" and it gets sent to Ganon's lair in the Evil Jar. The wrapping comes off and falls to the ground in front of Zelda. But when the mummy appears in Ganon's Evil Jar, it suddenly has the wrapping back around it.
Revealing mistake: After Zelda pushes Link out of the way while he's still confused over his new form, the mummy tries to grab Zelda twice. But it's the exact same frames repeated twice. The move of it stepping forward and grabbing while Zelda ducks, then the frames go in reverse, and then are repeated. The mouth of the mummy moves the same way, though she only grunts on the first grab. And just before the second grab starts, when the arms are back at the origin, the screen dims slightly for a split second as some error in the animation.
Continuity mistake: When the camera is behind the two girls as Link introduces himself after defeating the dragon, there is a good 3 or 4 feet distance between the girls. But then it cuts to Zelda scoffing at Link from another angle and suddenly they are right next to each other.
Continuity mistake: After Link zaps the dragon back to Ganon's evil jar, he is still facing where the dragon was, with his back to the girls. He speaks a line "That'll teach him to quit while he's got a head" and begins sheathing his sword. He does not turn around, but the shot changes and suddenly he is still sheathing his sword, but now facing both the damsel and Zelda as he takes a bow to introduce himself.
Continuity mistake: After the dragon slips on Zelda's banana peel, Link leaps off it and turns to fire a sword laser at him. Before the cut, Link's hands are on the handle where his right hand is over his left hand. Then it cuts to a different angle and his hands switch positions suddenly.
Continuity mistake: While fighting the three headed dragon, Link first zaps two of its heads, leaving it with one head. Shortly after, he zaps the rest of the dragon to Ganon's Evil Jar. But a few minutes later when the dragon is shown in the evil jar just before the mummy arrives, it only has one head, and the other two heads, which Link zapped, are nowhere to be seen.
Revealing mistake: Once Link finally shows up, the damsel celebrates and the three headed dragon gets ready to finally implement the plan. As his heads look at Link, the head on the left, its right, has a sudden jump in its neck. Instantly, the dark scales of the back of its neck, and the light scales of the bottom switch spots and the dragon didn't even turn its neck, just looked up slightly. And the scales of its neck above it head did not switch, making his neck look like it just broke and turned before it switches.
Continuity mistake: The basket of fruit hits the three headed dragon, fruit hitting all three heads and the basket getting caught on the right head's horn. The shot cuts to a different angle just after it hits, and suddenly all the fruit vanishes, only the basket hanging on the dragon's horn is visible.
Continuity mistake: While combating the three headed dragon, Zelda back flips towards a tree and bends it down, attaching her basket of fruit to it to use like a catapult. The first shot showing the tree shows that it is on completely level ground. But then after Zelda puts the fruit basket on it, suddenly it is on a hill.
Continuity mistake: Zelda throws a grapefruit at the dragon which goes into the mouth of the center head of it. He gags a little and says grapefruits give him heartburn. The other two heads are looking at him, and are at different levels. The one on the left is higher, and the one on the right is lower than the center head. Then it cuts to Zelda landing from her jump and suddenly the center head is the highest one, and they are all looking at Zelda.
Continuity mistake: After the apple hits one of the dragon's heads, a cut to Zelda running at it through the forest is shown and she is almost to him and the girl. It cuts to the dragon worried they didn't attract Link, and then cuts back to Zelda again. Suddenly the forest around her has completely changed in looks.
Audio problem: After Zelda hears the scream of distress, she looks over and says "And maybe an adventure. Link will be sorry he missed out." Between sentences, it cuts from a close up to a wider shot showing her on the horse. Her mouth has extra movement before she says the word Link, like she's saying another word but with no sound to it.
Continuity mistake: After the damsel calls the dragon a three headed freak, he lowers down and scolds her for that not being in the script. She puts her head next to her face and says,"I am getting into the part!" It cuts to a front close up of her and suddenly her arm is down.
Revealing mistake: After Zelda hears the damsel scream, she sees a three headed dragon attacking her. The damsel is standing with her back against a large rock cliff that has a ledge at the top. The dragon is not even close to this rock, and is standing in front of it. But as its heads spasm around, the one on the right passes over the drawing of the rock, defying the laws of physics.
Revealing mistake: Once Zelda hears and responds to the scream of distress, she finds a three headed dragon about to eat the damsel. The dragon is waving its three heads around in a frenzy in excitement of its new prey. This is very poorly animated however. The layers of the animation overlap in several frames leaving a very distracting, almost ghost like trail of the necks that is not supposed to be there. It is not an effect of movement. And the necks are jerky in position, especially the one on the right. The dark and light scales on its necks keep changing too. In an instant, the dark scales on the back of their necks will switch places with the lighter scales on the underside of their necks, then back and forth like they are blinking.
Continuity mistake: Once Zelda takes an apple out of the basket to take a bite, it cuts to a close up of her face just before she takes a bite. When she does, her eyebrows turn a lighter color, her eyelids are further down, her mouth is open less wide, her fingers change position on the apple, and the leaf and stem change shape on the apple.
Continuity mistake: The basket on the back of Zelda's horse has no fruit hanging out of it or visible when seen from the side. But when Zelda reaches back to grab an apple out of it, a close up of the top shows both a banana and the leaves of a pine apple sticking up out of the top. Yet these are not visible in the previous shot.
Continuity mistake: Once the episode starts, Zelda is shown riding towards the camera on a horse and she is complaining about Link being lazy and not going riding with her. After the episode's title fades away, it cuts to a close up of her. Suddenly, the basket on the back of the horse has the lid open. Also her hair is fuller and the mane on the horse becomes more wavy.
Revealing mistake: After defeating the giant Tin Suits, Link catches Zelda while she's falling from the air. In this shot, you can see where a trap door will open up in the floor below Link. Now, it is pretty normal to see doors or other objects that will move being a slightly lighter color than the surrounding things that are the same color in older cartoons, and that in itself is not a mistake. However, this time it is so blatantly obvious because the lighter area on a gray ground is a light pink.
Continuity mistake: After Zelda touches the first giant Tin Suit statue and it comes to life, she and Link quickly back away from it and then stand their guard. They are standing quite close together. It cuts to a reverse angle just before the Tin Suit kicks Link and they are suddenly further apart from each other.
Continuity mistake: Trying to track down Ganon and King Harkinian, Link and Zelda enter the front area of Ganon's lair. There are 3 giant Tin Suit statues in the opening room. Link and Zelda walk between them and are a good distance from any of them. It cuts to a different angle as they draw near and suddenly they are much closer to the one on the left, Zelda now in arm's distance.
Continuity mistake: The Tin Suits kick the King into a circular room and close a metal door behind him. Then Ganon teleports into the room and the angle changes. When this happens, the door has vanished. The King is also suddenly further back from the center of the room between shots.
Other mistake: In Ganon's lair after he is captured, King Harkinian is standing by two Tin Suits that are guarding him. They have an X shaped red strap thing across their chest. The one on the right has his not completely drawn. The strap that meets towards the middle on the back layer towards his upper right has one of the lines not fully connecting. As the Tin Suit turns a little, it suddenly connects to be complete, but then he turns back and the line is broken again.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon captures King Harkinian, he is seen in his lair gloating over his victory and holding his Unicorn Pegasus. The "Evil Jar" is behind him and the stand is bright orange. It cuts to a close up of Ganon with his horse and the leg of the Evil Jar is still visible, but suddenly changes to a dark brown.
Continuity mistake: Falling to his doom, Link is plummeting face first towards the ground after Ganon zaps the bats that Link was holding onto. The shot just before Zelda saves him again shows him falling face first. But it changes to him hitting the wheelbarrow of hay and suddenly he is falling back first.
Continuity mistake: Link first tries to rescue King Harkinian from Ganon in the beginning of the episode and takes down three of Ganon's bat minions right off with his sword lasers. Then three of the remaining four grab him by the arms. Between shots, the position of the one on the bottom right's hands changes position on Link's arm. Link also changes from looking right to looking left.
Revealing mistake: As it first shows Ganon on his horse with a rope around the king, look closely at his leg. For the first second or two, it is disconnected from his thigh and below the horse's wing. It then suddenly jumps up to where it's supposed to be.
Continuity mistake: After the King gives Link some flowers to help him get Zelda to kiss him, the King wishes him luck and slaps him on the back. This causes Link to lose his balance and fall to swing before he was ready. He shouts and holds out the flowers with his right arm as he falls. The next shot shows him swinging towards Zelda's window, but suddenly both hands are on the rope and the flowers have vanished. Then it cuts again to him swinging though the window and his right arm is extended again holding the flowers.
Continuity mistake: At the Amateur Magicians Contest, the first shot of the walk where Zelda sits in her throne shows a wooden piece stretching down from a balcony above the door to the top of the door. There are also windows to the left and right of her with a plant in them. A couple minutes later when Link looks out the window of his tower to see the dragon attacking Zelda, the wooden piece and the windows have vanished. The bricks of the wall also become fewer but bigger. As well as Zelda's stairs become shorter.
00:07:20 - 00:09:25Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Ganon summons some skeletons to hold up his mobile throne so he can go to the Armature Magician's contest. As they appear, the floor is blue tile. But it cuts to a close up of their feet as their robes form and the ground has turned to pink tile. It changes angle again and suddenly it is a dark purplish blue, but with no tiles.
Revealing mistake: In rage, Ganon kills the Moblins for their failure and then teleports to his throne. He then begins talking to himself about how if he wants something done right, he has to do it himself. As his mouth moves, part of the rim of his hat won't hold its color, continually blinking from the hat's blue color, to Ganon's skin color.
Continuity mistake: When Zelda is apologizing to Link for slapping him after she learns of the Moblin attack, Link crosses his arms and looks angry. He has his belt with item pouch draped over his shoulder as he does. When he crosses his arm, his arm goes over the pouch hiding it from view and the belt completely vanishes. It then jump cuts to a close up and suddenly the belt is visible again and the pouch as well, now being across his arm.
Continuity mistake: After Link crashes down on Zelda's table, he is lying flat and the window he just came through is right there beside him. But when Zelda leans in during a close up to try and give Link a kiss, it is suddenly just solid wall on that same side of Link.
Continuity mistake: When the King first hands the flowers to Link, the detail on them is not drawn out very much. The peddles and center look like almost one solid pink piece. But a couple shots later, and being from the exact same angle and distance, the details on the flowers as Link holds them is suddenly much clearer. Individual peddles are visible, and the centers are more pronounced.
Continuity mistake: When Link is looking down at Zelda, her larger window is separated into two parts by a column between them. When Link swings in and it shows an interior view of that window, the column is suddenly skinnier. The window itself is also smaller.
Continuity mistake: When Link explains to King Harkinian that he is going to swing into his daughter's window to get her to kiss him, the King tells him he should take flowers. He picks 3 flowers from a nearby flower arrangement. But the 3 flowers he ends up with are much larger than any of the flowers that were in the arrangement.
Continuity mistake: As Link is talking to King Harkinian about giving Zelda flowers so she would kiss him, shots of Zelda through the window show a blue table behind her cot. There is a brown book on it beside a light blue vase. It is slightly difficult to tell, but by judging the thickness of the book, there is only one book there. But when Link swings in and lands on the table, just before the book flies away, you can see it is actually two books stacked on top of each other, and the height of them together is much higher than when seen previously.
Continuity mistake: Link is holding onto a rope and about to swing into Zelda's window. The angle from behind Link shows him holding the rope up high with both hands close together. It then cuts to a front angle as King Harkinian walks up behind him and Link's hands are suddenly spread far apart along the rope, one high by his head, the other lower to his belly.
Continuity mistake: When Link is about to swing in through the window of the tower Zelda is in, there is a blue table next to her cot. But in an earlier shot where Link first sees her through the window, the table is not there. It is not the angle, as it is close enough to her cot in the second shot that it should have been visible in the first.
Continuity mistake: When Link comes out on the balcony and looks down to see Zelda reading, there is a window behind Zelda's head. There are some vines growing up the side of the castle wall towards that window, but in this shot, they are not totally there yet. A few moments later when Link is about to swing in through a different window, that same window is shown again, but this time the vines are very heavy around the base of the window. Then when King Harkinian pats Link on the back real hard and causes him to swing before he is ready, the window is shown again and now the vines are less around the window, but still different from the first time.
00:01:15 - 00:02:15Quantom X
Continuity mistake: In the opening shot, the camera is closing in on Hyrule Castle. The crescent moon is large and visible behind the castle. It then cuts to a closer view of one of the towers and suddenly the moon is a slightly different shape, and it appears to be a little smaller.
Continuity mistake: Just before the rope bridge, Link gets into a fight with two centaur like creatures. As he zaps them, one of them drops a magic whistle. There is a shot showing Link by the bridge and Zelda and Zing going on the bridge. You can see a large portion of the ground by Link's feet, and there is no whistle there. It cuts to a close up of Link and he looks down at his feet, bends down and picks up the whistle.
Continuity mistake: Ganon has his minions push King Harkinian into the round room and the door is shut behind him. The King does not move from that spot as Ganon appears and talks him. Ganon vanishes and then the light appears. The King only takes a few steps back and then there is a bird's eye view. Suddenly the King is much further away from the door than he was and is now much closer to the opposite wall.
Continuity mistake: When Link is falling through the air above the castle, he grabs a hold of the legs of two of Ganon's bat like creatures. Between this shot, and the close up immediately following, Link's hands change positions on the creatures' ankles, and his arm and the creatures get closer together.
Factual error: After Ganon captures King Harkinian, he takes him to a circular room and says that Link and Zelda have one hour to surrender the Kingdom of Hyrule and the Triforce of Wisdom or the King will fall a very long time. After he says this, a bright light shines up from the center of the room and begins expanding, it being a hole. However, it is expanding WAY too fast to take an hour to make the King fall to his doom. At the rate of expansion, it would be to the edge of the room in probably just over a minute if not less.
Plot hole: Link goes after Ganon to save the King and winds up hanging on the tail of his Unicorn Pegasus in the air. Zelda was in her room in a high tower when Link used the diving board to get out to an even higher tower. Ganon blasts Link off his horse, and Link begins falling to certain doom towards the castle grounds. But miraculously, Zelda is there with a hay cart and saves him. She was all the way up in her tower and Link wasn't even out of the room for 2 full minutes. Yet somehow she was able to make it all the way down to the castle grounds, grab a hay cart, and be in just the right spot to catch Link.
Continuity mistake: After Link and Zelda hear King Harkinian scream when Ganon attacks, Link throws a broken table at the window and then a dresser to weigh it down to make a diving board. When the dresser is put on it, the board is angled up at 45 degrees and stuck that way. But then Link runs at it and suddenly the board is perfectly horizontal level, even with one side supposedly pinned to the floor by the dresser.
Continuity mistake: When Link hooks a rope to the top of a tower so he can swing in Zelda's room, her father King Harkinian walks up behind him and suggest he take flowers if he wants a kiss. As the King is moving around, during the same shot even, the jewel on his crown keeps fluctuating in size and even move around a little.
Continuity mistake: Link walks out shortly after King Harkinian says his first lines of the episode and talks about how he is still not sure why he is living in the castle. He walks to the edge and sees Zelda and says he is trying to adapt. When he first walks up, he goes to the center of a circular ledge with a wall, and there is an empty plant spot to his left. It cuts to show Zelda in her room reading then back to him saying he is trying to adapt. Suddenly he is much closer to the plant holder near the edge of the circle ledge, and now there is a plant in it.
Audio problem: Right in the beginning, King Harkinian is walking about at night on the wall of his castle. He comments about the night air and how there is nothing like a good meal. During the last half of that, the shot changes to a side view as he walks to the edge and stops. His lips are not moving until he stops and you can see them move when he says the word Meal.
Continuity mistake: When Link fires sword lasers at the first two Moblins, to his right is the broken table, Zelda's painting, the window, and his bed. It cuts to the lasers zapping the Moblins, and then back to Link. The shot is at about the same angle as the previous shot, but now there is nothing beside Link but the wall and now the Triforce pedestal is behind him.
Continuity mistake: When Link whistles and calls down to Zelda, you can see the floor of the ledge she is on. The first part design has lines going towards the middle and several layering circles, and the center is just a circle. The part behind her just has lines going towards the center and looks like a pizza after being cut. Then the shot changes to a close up of her feet as she is backing up and you see the second design by her feet. There are now twice as many lines in the center. You can tell by the spacing between the lines between shots. The first shot, the spacing makes it look like there are only 4 lines. But the second shot shows 8.
Continuity mistake: When Link is getting out of his bed, the shot from behind him shows the opposite wall. You can see there are no windows there. The only window that can be seen is the one between his mirror and the table. Link gets up and complains to his mirror, then walks to that same wall. Now there are suddenly windows there, and a flower hanging by one.
Continuity mistake: The first night time shot of the castle shows the moon as a crescent behind the castle. At that point, it looks a little too big, but given the fantasy nature of this universe, that part is okay. But a little later when Link is out on his horse and hears Zelda scream, the moon has grown to an extremely huge and ridiculous size all of a sudden.
00:36:00 - 00:40:40Quantom X
Continuity mistake: As Prince Facade is telling Zelda he won't rescue her because he refuses to get muddy, his sword is visible on his side. The handle is gold and has no markings visible, and the end has a hook like part on it. Part of the sheath is gold also. Then a little later when the Prince tells her he wishes her luck, his sword is entirely different. The handle has lines going around it, the end of it is round, and the sheath has no gold parts.
00:41:30 - 00:42:20Quantom X
Revealing mistake: After Link humiliates himself and gets laughed at, he storms off and leaves the castle on his horse, Katherine. Ganon sees Link leave on Katherine through his gazing ball. The animation of the horse moving is badly done. The steps look fake and she looks like she is just sliding across the dirt for the most part.
Continuity mistake: Zelda, her father, and Facade all laugh at Link after he falls in his ridiculous Prince outfit. As Link is pushing himself back up, watch below his chest and you can see Zelda sitting upright in her chair with her head back laughing. Her arms are both on her arm rests. The shot changes to a close up of her and instantly she is leaning forward with her head down laughing, and her hand now at her chest.
Continuity mistake: In the wide shot while Zelda, her father, and Prince Facade are talking in that room, it shows the door on the left side of the room as a brightish brown color. But after Link slams that same door a little later, the door is much duller brown.
Continuity mistake: Zelda compares Prince Facade to Link and says Link is not in Facade's class. Prince Facade is standing by the giant fire place and looks towards the right side of the room, which is his left, and winks in a mirror that is on the first shelf the camera pans to. But later in the show in the same room, a wide shot of that same room shows that none of the shelves, not even the one on the right where he looked earlier, have a mirror on it.
00:36:40 - 00:37:45Quantom X
Continuity mistake: As the scene changes to Link taking a bath, there is a chair off to the side in the room. It is approximately 4 feet or so away from Link's tub, and is facing towards the tub. Then it cut to a close up of Link and suddenly the chair is right next to the tub, and is facing 90 degrees in a different direction.
Continuity mistake: When the Octorok and the Tin Suit are having a tug-o-war match over the ruby, the Octorok is using its front left tentacle on the ruby. But when Link bats the Octorok's blast back and hits the Tin Suit, the Octorok raises the ruby up in its front right tentacle.
Continuity mistake: The Octorok throws Link through a barn, who lands in a puddle that a pig is drinking from. He is muddy at that point. When he shows back up holding a board, he is wet. The Octorok fires a blast at him and Link bats it away with the board. As he does, he is suddenly dry.
Continuity mistake: After chucking Link through the barn, the Octorok and the Tin Suit both go for the ruby. One shot shows the cave behind them. Then there is a close up of the Tin Suit's hand and the Octorok's tentacle grabbing at it. It then cuts to them looking at each other and they get in a tug-o-war over the ruby. Now the cave has vanished and there are suddenly houses behind them.
Continuity mistake: The window on the second floor of the house where the wheelbarrow is, is shown several times to have a shutter on each side of it. The shot where Zelda is by the house and the Tin Suit has Link by the leg shows that same window with suddenly just one shutter on the right side.
Revealing mistake: There is one shot of the house with the wheelbarrow, while Zelda is beside it with the crossbow, that shows the side of the house. The window shutters on that side are badly drawn. They are different sizes, even on the same window, and half don't even line up with the windows right. Especially the left shutter on the right window.
Continuity mistake: The house that has the wheelbarrow by it has the blacksmith shop very close by and visible from side angles. But when the distance shot shows Zelda beside it and the Tin Suit grabbing Link's leg, the blacksmith shop, as well as the tree beside it, have disappeared.
00:30:25 - 00:31:55Quantom X
Continuity mistake: There is a tree beside the blacksmith shop as shown from the distant shot when the Tin Suits arrive. It is quite tall and has a good thickness to it. Then when Link kicks the crossbow to Zelda, the tree is behind her and now it is much shorter and skinnier. It is not an effect of the angle or distance from the camera.
00:30:25 - 00:31:25Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Link throws some Tin Suits through a wall of a house. The close up shows the break in the wall is relatively clean, the separation being with the edge of the bricks. But then then shot changes to a far shot and the break is suddenly very crooked and jagged, the bricks now being snapped and sharp edged.
Continuity mistake: Link and Zeda are in front of a blacksmith shop at the beginning of the episode. It is very bright inside the shop and the smith even ignites a large fire with lightning from his fingers. But when the Tin Suits arrive, there is a shot showing Link and Zelda from a distance in front of the blacksmith shop. The doorway of the shop shows it totally dark inside, pitch black... or more a very dark brown. Then the very next shot of a close up of Link shows the inside of the shop as a solid dark blue.
Continuity mistake: One of the Tin Suits has Link by the leg and pulls out a horn to summon the Octorok. As they do, the shot from behind shows both of them with a shadow. Then once the Octorok comes and Link yells for Zelda to zap it, both Link's and the Tin Suit's shadows have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Link is watching a blacksmith working on a horseshoe. The first shot shows the horseshoe getting hit by the hammer on a blue anvil. The shot changes to show the blacksmith himself, and suddenly the anvil is almost twice the size it was.
Other mistake: The main part of the holding jar is transparent glass and open at the top. As the crab creature reaches in and begins pulling Link out, the dimensions and physics of the glass are suddenly totally broken. The back part of the glass at the top is curved up down in appearance from what we see and the part close to the camera would appear curved up. But as Link is pulled out, the back down curve over laps him, making it look like he is already outside the holding jar.
Continuity mistake: As the crab creature approaches the holding jar that Link and Zelda are in, Link puts his arm in front of Zelda and says "I'll handle this". The shot from beside the crab shows Link's arm stop with his hand about level with Zelda's belt. Then there is a cut to a close up, and Link's arm is now about level with Zelda's chest. It cuts back to a distance shot and again his hand is by her belt.
Continuity mistake: A trap door opens up in the secret tunnel and Link and Zelda falls into a holding jar. The base of the jar appears to be a dark green color, with white spikes all around the base of the glass part. But the shot where Ganon walks up and Link idiotically tries to blast a sword laser at him, the spikes have turned to the same green as the stand. Then they go back to white again in following shots.
Continuity mistake: After saving Zelda from the roots, Link himself is grabbed by a tree root in the secret tunnel. Zelda breaks in with an arrow and Link falls on the ground. The pieces of the tree root are next to him. Then a trap door opens that they happen to be on at that moment and so Link, Zelda, and the tree root pieces fall through. But the next shot of them falling, the tree roots are gone. And when they fall into the holding jar, no tree roots follow.
Continuity mistake: In the secret tunnel to Ganon's lair that Link and Zelda are in after going inside the tree, some roots attack them. One wraps around Zelda, which Link then blasts with a sword laser. She falls and there are pieces of tree root on the ground around her. But as Link is then grabbed by a root, Zelda stands up and the pieces of the root that grabbed her have vanished.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon makes off with the Triforce and escapes to the underground, Link takes Zelda to a different secret entrance that he knows, which is in a tree trunk. As Link is reaching up to pull on a branch to open the door, Zelda is standing next to him and facing directly at the tree. But as Link begins pulling on the branch, the shot changes to a closer view and suddenly Zelda is a little further away from Link, and now facing him instead of the tree.
Continuity mistake: When asking Spryte what happened, Zelda and Link are in Zelda's destroyed room. There is a knocked over table behind them with flowers and books on the floor by it. After the Triforce is discovered stolen and the scene goes back to Zelda's room where Spryte decides to help, the books by the table are gone.
00:24:35 - 00:25:10Quantom X
Continuity mistake: Earlier in the episode, Zelda is in Link's room and there is a huge pile of dirty clothes beside Link's bed. Later that same day when they rush back into his room to see if Ganon stole the Triforce, the pile is gone. Nobody was cleaning Link's room since he as faking being sick. And Link sure didn't do it since he faked being sick to get out of ANY cleaning.
Continuity mistake: After being zapped by Ganon, Spryte tries to use her spells to clean Zelda's room. The overload throws Spryte back and she lands in a red chair. She lands n the edge of it and there is a yellow line passing under her foot. The next shot, she is suddenly a little over away from that line and closer to the center. Moments later as the bucket sprouts wings, it shows her in the center of the chair suddenly.
Continuity mistake: In the courtyard where the castle people are dusting out rugs and cleaning stuff, there is a fountain there. The first shot shows no water pouring out of the fountain, but you can hear it doing so. After Spryte throws down her door mat, there is a further away shot. Now you can see water pouring out of the fountain and hear it.
Continuity mistake: Spryte hauls out a blue rug and tosses it on the ground to clean it. The shot of it hitting the ground and unfolding shows it lying on a dark brown surface. The lines on it make it look like it is some sort of brick or possibly wood. But then the shot cuts back to Spryte with the rug in front of her, and now the rug is sitting on a light brown surface that is obviously dirt.
Continuity mistake: After Zelda scares off the bird, she sits on Link's bed. Link then opens the door and is surprised to see her. He is still standing right at the doorway in the threshold. Shot changes to Zelda sitting up, then right back to Link. Suddenly Link is in the middle of the room, not at the door and he still is standing still.
Continuity mistake: When Link first tries to sell the lie that he is sick to Zelda, he is sitting on his bed after attempting to kiss her. Spryte tries to baby him, so Link wraps himself up in a sheet. The close up shot shows that there is some of the sheet under his feet and dangling off the bed. The next shot, there is no sheet under his feet, nor dangling off the bed.
Continuity mistake: Zelda is standing in Link's room and complaining about the mess. Just before the Triforce of Wisdom speaks to her, it shows Zelda from behind and there is a window next to her. It is shut, and the doors are wide, have thick horizontal braces, and have O shaped rings on each side as handles. Then after the Triforce speaks, there is a shot from in front of Zelda, and the same window is shown. Now the window is skinnier, the doors on it are darker, the horizontal braces are thinner, and the O shaped rings are gone.
Continuity mistake: After his fake sneeze and Spryte comes to investigate, Link is mopping next to a fire place. This shot shows him right up next to it. Then when Spryte says "Oh dear, no." The shot changes to a close up of Link. Suddenly, he is quite a bit further away from the fire place.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda backs up into the castle and kicks the mop to Link, there is a red table and chairs behind her. This shot shows the chairs are small, and have crooked legs. But when Link walks in a few moments later, the chairs and table are larger, and the legs are now straight.
Continuity mistake: Link smacks the bomb back at Ganon and it follows him into the cave. As it is going towards the cave, the bomb is spinning. But when the shot changes to Ganon running through the door of the cave and the bomb follows him, it has stopped spinning.
Revealing mistake: Link blocks a bomb thrown at him into the air. As it is coming back down, the motion of it was lazily animated. The bomb has spikes on it, and to indicate the one pointed directly at the camera, it is shown with a very slight point towards the top of the screen so it doesn't look like just a gray dot. But the bomb is spinning, and so the point goes around with it, despite being directly at the camera and looks like a clock hand.
Continuity mistake: When surrounded by skeletons, Link and Zelda get back to back and Link straps his belt around them. In the first shot showing the skeletons advancing on them, neither Link nor Zelda is directly facing any of the enemies. Link is facing down on the screen towards some trees, and Zelda is facing up and to the left, towards some trees. The shot cuts to Ganon screaming "Get them!" and then cuts back to the skeletons, still in the same spot in their advance on the heroes, with no time to give them to move while strapped together. Now suddenly Link is facing directly at the skeletons towards the top right, and Zelda is directly at the ones on the bottom left.
Revealing mistake: After crashing on his skeleton-drawn throne, Ganon stands up and orders the remaining 3 skeletons to attack Link and Zelda. Watch his head as they pass by him. At two different times while they pass by, Ganon's head randomly jumps out of place and onto his shoulder for a frame or two, then back where it goes.
Factual error: Link is next to a flower pot after he rolls off the dragon. The shadow effects on the items around him are all wrong. By the lighting, you can tell that the light source of the sun is behind Link and to the left of the flower pot. The flower pot's shadow is stretching to the right of the screen. But the steps, which are in the same lighting, have their shadows cast to the left, into the light.
Continuity mistake: The steps Zelda was sitting on while judging the amateur magician contest were a brownish red color. As Link is fighting the dragon on the same bricks that is made of, they are still that color. But one shot just after he pulls out his shield those same bricks are shown as gray like concrete, then back to brown again.
Continuity mistake: Af the amateur magicians contest, there is a fountain in the court yard. There are some statues in the middle of it. But after Zelda screams and Link looks out the window of his tower, the view from above shows no statues in the same fountain.
00:07:20 - 00:09:30Quantom X
Continuity mistake: The shot where the birds fly up to the castle shows that the tower Link is in has windows. There is one visible towards the top, and a few more on the second level. Later, when Link whistles at Zelda, it shows another exterior view of that same tower with Link in the top window. Now there are fewer windows on the lower level.
00:01:00 - 00:01:50Quantom X
Continuity mistake: As Link sits up in bed, he moves his hands in front of himself to stretch. The angle from behind him, you can see that his hands are open, but turned so his fingers are pointed down. The next shot from in front of him shows his fingers suddenly pointing up.
Continuity mistake: After Prince Facade tells Zelda he won't save her cause of the mud, she yells at him as the Zola is carrying her off. She is waving her left arm at him. Then the shot cuts to Ganon seeing this through his gazing ball and suddenly it's Zelda's right arm that is waving at Facade.
Revealing mistake: After Zelda is kidnapped by the Zola, Prince Facade rushes out the castle door with a giant Spider hanging on him. Watch closely as he opens the door. For several frames as the door opens, there is nobody there. But once the door is a little past half open, Prince Facade and the spider suddenly just appear in the shot almost already out the door.
Continuity mistake: As the 4 legged spider-like creatures attack Zelda and Prince Facade in the castle, some of them pin Facade to the ground. He quickly smacks them away with his cross bow and stands up. As he shoots two of them, you can see his sword on his side. But when the spider attacks him from behind, his sword has disappeared. Then just a moment later in the same shot, it reappears.
Revealing mistake: After Link storms off after being laughed at, there is a shot showing his medals on the floor in front of the door. The designs at the bottom of the door are poorly drawn and misshapen. Being a nice, royal castle like this, they wouldn't have imperfect metal plating designs on their doors. This is just poor art and was likely rushed.
Continuity mistake: When Link walks through the door in his horrible prince outfit, he trips and medals fall off him. He made it at least a good 6 feet through the door before falling. Then after he storms out, there is a shot showing the medals on the ground. And most are not even 2 feet away from the door.
Continuity mistake: Link has on a ridiculous prince outfit as he walks into the room with Zelda, her father, and Prince Facade. He trips over himself, and several medals roll on the floor in front of him. Moments later when he is getting up, there are no medals on the floor.
Revealing mistake: Trying to impress Zelda, Link walks into the room where she and her father are listening to Prince Facade's tall tales, wearing his idea of a prince outfit, complete with blue boots that have spurs on them. As he walks forward, the spurs keep passing right through the opposite foot like it's not there.
Continuity mistake: While in the bath, Link asks Spryte if she brought the clothes he wanted as he begins scrubbing his back. He is facing towards Spryte at that moment. The shot changes to a close up and suddenly Link is facing to the right, almost totally away from Spryte.
Continuity mistake: There is a shot from a distance when Link, Facade, and Zelda are talking when they first meet the Prince. There is nothing on the ground next to them at all. Then suddenly when Link sees the Ruby and Prince Facade snatches it before Link can, it was sitting on the ground right where they were standing.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda is being two faced with Link when she is awestruck by Prince Facade, she tries to introduce Link and has him stand up. Her right arm is bent as she gestures to Link to stand, but her left arm is down by her side straight. The next shot, her left arm is suddenly bent, with her fist balled.
Continuity mistake: Link lassos the Octorok with a rope. The Octorok then drags Link out of the village and they meet up with Prince Facade. The Octorok still has the rope on it as it fires a blast at Facade. Then it picks up Link and suddenly the rope has vanished. It is nowhere to be seen after the Octorok is zapped also.
Continuity mistake: While dragging Link behind it, the Octorok comes across Prince Facade. The first two shots showing the Prince on his horse, the horse is facing to the right. But then the Octorok fires a blast at Prince Facade and suddenly the horse is facing left as he deflects the blast with his shield.
Continuity mistake: As Link is launched through the air towards the Tin Suits, it shows the Tin Suits making a V shape with their formation. Watch the one on the left of the guy at the bottom of the V. He has his body facing left. The shot changes to Link landing and now it is facing right.
Continuity mistake: Earlier shots show that the house where the wheelbarrow is has another house beside it on the right side, a little distance away from it. After the Octorok has shown up, there is a shot of Zelda by the wheelbarrow house. The camera pans to the right over to the Octorok. During the pan shot, that second house has vanished.
Continuity mistake: Link knocks one of the Tin Suits to the ground after seeing the ruby appear. He steps over one of the Tin Suit's legs going to get the ruby. As he does, the Tin Suit's legs are both down flat. But the shot changes to a close up before it trips Link, and suddenly its knees are up.
Continuity mistake: One of the Tin Suits throws its spear at Link and knocks Link's sword into the air. It comes down and stabs the top of a house sticking up. The distance from it and the top of the roof looks to be about two feet, give or take a few inches. But the next shot from a distance, the distance between the sword and the top of the house is now about half that.
Continuity mistake: The house the wheelbarrow is by has two windows on the side it is on when it is first shown. One on the first floor and one on the second floor. But in many of the later shots, the house is shown to have two windows on the first floor. It is most obvious in the shot after the Octorok shows up and you see Zelda standing by the house from a distance.
Revealing mistake: While Link is sword laser zapping the first two Tin Suits, one shot shows a house behind Link. The door on that house looks like it was rushed when it was drawn or the whole house was. There is a window that looks normal enough, but maybe slightly on the large side. But right below the window, there is a door that is way too small. It looks ridiculous and out of place, especially when compared to the window.
Continuity mistake: As the Tin Suits show up, several shots show a wheelbarrow next to a house. There is a window on the second floor where the barrel is tied up. The first shot shows the window open. Then the shot where the Tin Suits are advancing, the window is shut.
Revealing mistake: There is a hole left in the barn after the Octorok throws Link through it. The hole in the boards overlaps onto the support column in one spot, which makes no sense. Especially since the next shot shows the hole nowhere near the support column.
Continuity mistake: Link asks "what about me?" when Prince Facade offers a ride on his horse to Zelda. When he does, Link is visibly dirty, having dirt patches on his face, hands, and clothes, as well as some tattered clothing. The shot cuts to Zelda and Facade with Zelda saying he'll be fine, and then back to Link. Now Link is in perfect condition, no dirt or tattering. Link attempts to pick up the ruby which Facade beats him to, and Link stands up. Now he is dirty and tattered again.
Continuity mistake: The Octorok arrives and throws Link through a barn, busting a hole in the wood. The hole is near the back edge of the barn. Moments later when Link comes back holding a board, the hole is now in the center of the barn, and much bigger. A few shots later and the hole is totally different again.
Factual error: Zelda gives Prince Facade a compliment when he meets her father. Facade smiles and then looks over, the camera follows his view to a mirror on the wall. It then cuts to the mirror showing his reflection as he winks at himself. The problem is though, when the camera was panning from his position, it showed the mirror was against the wall a good distance from him, as well as facing almost a 90 degree angle away from him. So not only was his reflection too big for his distance, but the mirror would not have reflected his image back to him at that angle.
Continuity mistake: When Ganon discovers the return of Prince Facade, he is talking to his Evil Jar with his back turned. When he turns around, his skin is a yellowish green color, not his usual brown tan color. His robes are all their normal colors so it is not a lighting effect. He also retains this strange coloring once he teleports to his throne. He was his normal color on his throne in previous episodes.
Revealing mistake: After Link begins walking to the castle, the scene changes to Ganon's lair in Death Mountain. It first shows the exterior of the volcano and you can see smoke coming from the top. The smoke is obviously a looped animation, where the same frames are repeated over and over again to show continuum. This in of itself is not a mistake, as animation loops are fairly common in cartoons, especially during this era. But the jump between the first and last frames of this smoke is so jarring it makes it painfully obvious it is looped and poorly done.
Continuity mistake: After Prince Facade saves Link from the Octorok, Link tries to shake his hand. As he does, he is literally just an arm's length away from the Prince. A few shots later, without any of them moving, it shows the three of them, Link, Zelda, and Facade, all together standing. The distance between Prince Facade and Link has now doubled.
Continuity mistake: After Prince Facade rescues Link from the Octorok and then Zelda humiliates Link, Link reaches his hand out to shake with Prince Facade. The Prince refuses the hand shake because Link's hands are dirty. The close up of Link's hand shows it covered in dirt. But the distance shot of it before and after he reaches out show no dirt on it.
Continuity mistake: As the Tin Suits advance on Link and Zelda, the shot showing the whole group has a wheelbarrow by the building. There is a rope going up from it to a barrel tied up in the air against the house. By the angle of the rope going up and away from the wheelbarrow, and the relative position of the barrel against the side of the house in relation to the position of the wheelbarrow, you can tell the barrel is not above the wheelbarrow, but tied up in the air behind it. But when Link charges the wagon and slices the rope to use like a human catapult, the barrel falls straight down right into the wagon.
Continuity mistake: The ground opens up and shows a bunch of Tin Suits marching out. The shot where Link takes off towards the wheelbarrow shows at least 8 Tin Suits marching. Difficult to tell exactly how many, but I see 8 pairs of legs in the group. When Link flies through the air towards them, there are only 5 that can be seen. Link fights 5 and 4 of them are dispatched by him and Zelda. There is just 1 left as the Octorok arrives. That still is only 5 Tin Suits when at least 8 were seen moments before. 3 have just disappeared.
00:30:30 - 00:32:05Quantom X
Continuity mistake: While fighting the Tin Suits, Link kicks two of them into a wall. They hit next to a barred window and the wall crumbles. This shot shows the inside of the building as light, bright, and white. But the immediately following shot from by Link shows the inside as dark and blue.
Revealing mistake: Link runs towards the wheelbarrow to launch himself at the Tin Suits. Before he does, there is a close up shot of two of the Tin Suits marching at him. The one on the left has the eye holes on his helmet poorly drawn and look misshapen compared to the Tin Suit on the right.
Continuity mistake: When the Tin Suits arrive, there is an orange wheelbarrow sitting next to a house close to Link and Zelda. In the shot showing the Tin Suits marching towards our heroes before Link runs to it, the wheelbarrow is about half the size it was, if not smaller.
Continuity mistake: The enemies that Link refers to as Tin Suits emerge from the ground as it folds up, making a cave. They are not a long way off from Zelda and Link. After Link draws his sword and Zelda hops out of the coach, the shot switches back to the Tin Suits. Now the cave they just made has disappeared. It did not sink back down into the ground as when Link lands in the middle of them, the cave is seen behind him.
Continuity mistake: Zelda casts a spell on her hair to curl the back of it up in a sort of fancy pony tail. She is looking in a hand held mirror at that moment and turns her head sideways to see her hair in the mirror. Her mouth is open and she is smiling. The next shot shows her reflection and suddenly her mouth is closed.
Continuity mistake: The crab creature grabs Link's sword while he is in the jar and Spryte fires a magic shot at the crab. This causes the crab to rear back a little and flings Link up and out of the jar, flying over the crab's back. He lands and fires lasers at Ganon. Then suddenly the crab is somehow behind Link when Link flipped behind it.
Revealing mistake: As Ganon is making off with the Triforce of Wisdom, he looks back and sees Link and Zelda catching up to him on horseback. He yells "Blast! They're coming!" He then looks back forward. Watch closely, as he turns his head, the Triforce, which is neatly tucked under his arm, randomly jumps out of his hand for a couple frames, and then goes back.
Continuity mistake: Zelda's room was just full of water, up to her windows and everything covered. Her bed even floats in it and buckets are dumping water on top of it. When Link and Zelda get inside the room after it all floods down the stairs, nothing is wet at all.
Continuity mistake: When responding to the sound of Spryte's scream, Link opens the doors to Zelda's room and is washed out by all the water. The door is a double door at this time. But when he and Zelda go back up the steps to the same door and open it, it is now a single door.
Continuity mistake: Quite a bit of water goes down the tower steps and washes Link and Zelda out onto the ground. Zelda's room was about half full when Link opened the door. But as soon as Zelda stands up after they are flood out, there is no water left on the ground or the steps at all. Zelda and Link don't even look wet.
Continuity mistake: Spryte uses her magic on the cleaning supplies in Zelda's room, unaware that Ganon zapped her and supercharged her spells. A couple mops dip into buckets of water and go down and wet the floor right by the buckets. Couple shots later when the buckets sprout wings, the floor is suddenly dry again.
Continuity mistake: As the townspeople are doing their cleaning, Spryte brings out a blue rug that is rolled up and tosses it to the ground in front of her. It rolls out nice and neat. The way she threw it, it would have been lying vertical from her perspective. The shot then changes and suddenly it is horizontal to her perspective.
Revealing mistake: Ganon goes on a monologue rant after the bird reports to him. There is a half circle design on the front of his helmet just below the front spike. As he moves and says the word Triforce, that half circle vanishes and then comes back. It also did this before only a few seconds earlier. All in the same shot.
Continuity mistake: After Ganon is blown up inside the secret entrance, the Triforce of Wisdom bounces out and lands next to Link and Zelda who are strapped together with his belt. There is no visible buckle at this time. Shot changes to a closer view on the same side and the buckle instantly appears.
Continuity mistake: Zelda and Link fall through a tree and land on the road after being slingshot. Both the shot of Link landing, and the shot of Zelda landing in his lap show leaves falling next to them and on the ground around them. When the shot cuts to Link laughing, all the leaves that fell vanish.
Continuity mistake: The magician that explodes the tomato is standing in front of the stairs that Zelda's throne is on. The view from her angle shows a black magician dressed in pink and purple standing beside him. Judging by the clothing, I will assume it's a girl. A few shots later after Ganon is heard laughing, the tomato magician and this girl turn around and you see them from Ganon's angle. Suddenly the black girl is now a white girl. She is black again in later shots.
Continuity mistake: As Ganon is yelling in anger at the Moblins, repeating the word "blast" over and over, you see the pedestal that the Triforce of Power is on sitting in front of the Evil Jar. It is shown as skinny and a solid shape. Then when Ganon is telling the Triforce his plan to join the amateur magician contest, the pedestal changes significantly. It is now shorter, has spikes all over it, and is fatter.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda knocks on the door and Link goes to it, he has a satchel draped over his shoulder with the buckle to his back. As he turns to open the door, you see the buckle at the very end of the strap with nothing running through it. The shot changes to him opening the door and leaning in to kiss Zelda, right before he is slapped, and you see there is some of the strap now running through the buckle and hanging past it. This changes back and forth a couple more times during this scene.
Continuity mistake: Link puts the pillow over the Moblin's head that has the staff and jumps back. The Moblin with the sword runs into the other Moblin and they both fall over. Link then holds up his sword to change his zap laser and begins blasting the Moblins. The shot cuts back to those two Moblins lying down on the ground trying to get up. The staff, sword, and pillow have all vanished.
Continuity mistake: The Moblin that was hit with the pillow is seen standing next to the door in one shot with a mouth full of feathers. He is standing with a slight hunch and his head is bent down slightly. The very next shot cuts to him spitting the feathers out, but he is already leaning back to inhale between the shots.
Continuity mistake: When Link gets out of bed, you can see there is nothing on it but his sheets and pillow. But when Link throws the Moblin at the bed and hits it, suddenly Link's sword is on the bed where he was sleeping just moments before, and it gets launched.
Continuity mistake: Link sits up after he awakens. The shot from behind his back as he is sitting in his bed shows a table with a blue vase on it sitting next to the wall by his bed. It is out of his reach, even if he leaned. But then the shot changes as he is stretching and now the table is only just outside of arm's reach.
Continuity mistake: During the fight with the deranged cleaning supplies in Zelda's room, Link gets attacked by her bed sheet and gets wrapped up. Once Zelda dispatches the mops that are attacking him, the sheet changes from being wrapped around him to just being draped over him.
Continuity mistake: After the water washes Link and Zelda out of the tower, they are by the stairs. During this part while they talk, they keep changing distance and location from the stairs between shots, most notably the far shot when Link hands Zelda some shrunken weapons.
Continuity mistake: Zelda has her hand on a large brown rug on a rack as she hears Spryte scream. Buckets with wings fly out and down past her and the shot changes to a closer view. When this happens, the brown rug is significantly smaller than just a few shots before.
Continuity mistake: Just after Ganon zaps Spryte, Link is in his room practicing with his sword saying 'take that, Ganon'. He is moving past some widows and some flowers come into view between the two windows. The shot cuts to him jumping to kick a chair, and the flowers vanish.
Other mistake: After Ganon zaps Spryte with a spell to make her spells go crazy, he begins laughing. Watch closely at this point. Just above his hand, the only one visible at this time, a random black line like thing just appears and begins moving up. It has a couple spasms in its movement as well. I cannot tell what it is, and it is definitely not a bug. Whatever it is, it's not supposed to be there.
Continuity mistake: Before Ganon gets to the castle, it shows several people by the fountain cleaning. There are two racks beside a doorway, one having an orange rug on it, and the other a blue one. Spryte comes out and begins dusting a different rug. Shot changes back, and now the racks with those rugs are gone.
Continuity mistake: After the bird reports to Ganon, he turns to the 'Evil Jar' and snaps his fingers. The bird is right beside him. But the shot changes to a far view, and the bird is gone. Then, after about two seconds, without the shot even changing, the bird suddenly appears beside him. Just poof, back out of thin air.
Continuity mistake: A bird flies into Link's room and attacks Zelda. As it swoops in, its tail feathers are solid brown, and the tips are squared off. They look this way all the time, except when it lands in the dirty clothes and Zelda forces its head into it. This shot shows the tips of the tail feathers a bluish white, and are pointed.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda stands next to the pile of dirty clothes in Link's room after the Triforce speaks to her, there is no table standing beside Link's bed. But when the bird attacks and she falls on the bed, there is suddenly a table beside the bed which has a blue vase on it that she smacks the bird with.
Continuity mistake: The distance between Link and the door becomes much shorter from when Zelda tosses him the mop, and when he begins walking inside. He is a good length away at first, but shot changes to him walking and he takes only 3 small steps to enter. He also comes through the middle door when he was just in front of the door on the left.
Continuity mistake: As Zelda tosses Link a mop, there is a fireplace with a cauldron in it visible behind her. When the shot changes to Link walking into the room, the fireplace and cauldron have drastically grown in size. It then shrinks back down again as he begins mopping.
Continuity mistake: The establishing shot of Link and Zelda shows a doorway behind them. You can see the floor stretch back a ways but there is nothing visible on it. A few shots later as Zelda is backing into the room, you can now see a nearby table with chairs, as well as a mop right on the doorway threshold that was not there a moment before.
Continuity mistake: The first shot showing Link and Zelda, they are standing in front of some doorways. It is bright out and you can see in the doorways no problem as bright as day. The shot changes to Link handing Zelda a flower and the doorway behind her is now pitch black. The arched stones around the door are also much smaller, and the door is shorter too.
Continuity mistake: Link and Zelda try to kiss after they defeat Ganon. Their faces get very close together when Spryte interrupts them. They both look at Spyte while their faces are close together. Next shot from a little distance, and suddenly Link and Zelda's faces are further apart.
Continuity mistake: Zelda and Link sling shoot through the air to catch Ganon. They land in the road and Link's back is towards the side of the road as Zelda lands on him. Next shot, his back is going along the same direction as the road. They turned 90 degrees in an instant.
Continuity mistake: Ganon escapes with the Triforce of Wisdom and Link says "We'll never catch him now". As he says this, he raises his right fist into the air. Shot changes to Zelda grabbing a seed behind him and his fist is still in the air. She turns and bends down to plant the seed and the shot changes. Suddenly both Link's hands are behind his back.
Continuity mistake: The bat tells Ganon that Link is guarding the Triforce. He then aims his hands at Zelda and the perspective switches to showing her through his hands as he uses it like a scope to zoom in on the lizard in her hands. His hands are up for this, but the very next shot, his hands are suddenly back down on his arm rests, and he then raises his left hand again to blast the lizard.
Continuity mistake: During the fight with the Moblins, the one with the staff breaks the vases on the table next to Link's bed. This also causes the painting of Zelda to fall and break. A few shots later, the vase and painting are back where they are supposed to be and perfectly fine. Throughout the fight, the painting keeps changing from fixed to broken, and even how much it's broken constantly.
Other mistake: When Link and Zelda fight Ganon and the skeletons, 3 skeletons grab Zelda. Ganon throws a bomb at Link and Zelda. Link lifts Zelda and the skeletons are hit by the bomb. It explodes but only hurts them as they vanish, not fazing Zelda or Link what so ever despite being right above them. But a little bit later, Link bats a bomb at Ganon that is exactly the same as the previous bomb. This one explodes huge and destroys a cave. Two of the same bomb, no consistency of power at all.
Continuity mistake: While Ganon is disguising himself as an amateur magician, he makes a throne to sit in. The back of the throne is red and black and has horns, very noticeable. As Ganon begins conjuring skeletons to hold up the throne, his back is flush with the back of the chair. However, in one close up shot, the back of the throne is gone.
Continuity mistake: The Moblin Link hit with the pillow and has feathers in his mouth is seen standing by the door. He spits out the feathers and draws his sword. Couple shots later, he is suddenly standing next to Link's bed, totally away from the door, and then begins charging.
Continuity mistake: In the fight with the Moblins, Link bounces off a wall and it shows a green trunk by his bed. There is nothing on or in front of the trunk. After Link finishes the fight and gets the bow, he goes to the trunk which now has his boots in front of it, and his tunic and other supplies on top of it.
Continuity mistake: Link begins shooting sword lasers at the Moblins to finish them of. The last one comes up behind Link as he is kneeling down. Without turning around, Link lifts the sword over his head and fires the laser behind him. The Moblin vanishes and drops a Magic Bow. Then, Without getting up or turning around, Link reaches down in front of him to pick up the bow.
Continuity mistake: The far shot showing Link by the mirror before he talks into it, shows his bed has nothing beside the foot of it besides a door. During the Moblin fight, Link bounces off the wall next to the foot of his bed. The door is gone, and now there's a green trunk in its place.
