Factual error: It is implied, and later showed, that Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is broadcast live, which in fact it is not. Furthermore, the winner of $1M only gets $100K within the first month of their appearance and the remaining amount much later, based on the broadcast schedule. Nikki could not have watched Paul winning his money in real time, let alone in the evening.
Factual error: It is stated that the Mayor is 56 and his mother was, upon her death, an organ (heart) donor. Assuming she was at least 15 when she had him, she was at least 70 when she died. Seventy is out of acceptable boundaries for organ donors, especially if the recipients were to be close to a decade younger. Recipients on waiting lists nearly always receive their organs from sudden death victims with the organ (heart) in a perfect condition. A 70-something woman's heart can not outweigh the risks of the procedure.
Character mistake: When the fat man attempts to prove that large people are unable to use the futuristic stalls, he's trying to access the toilet while the stall is open. If it were closed, as Mike had demonstrated earlier, there would have been no problem.
Character mistake: Arthur wants to donate his kidney to Derek. It is claimed that he must be a match since he has O negative blood, but blood type is not the only thing required for a kidney donor, there are several other factors that could very well disqualify his kidney for Derek.
Visible crew/equipment: When the guys are in Mike's office talking about George, Nicki walks in and figures out what they're up to. After Carter tells her, the shot changes to show all of the other guys trying to look inconspicuous, and a boom mic can be seen at the top-left corner of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Charlie and Caitlin are talking in the hall, they see Paul using his new rowing machine. It is sticking a few inches out of his office. The shot changes as the pair start walking and you can see the rowing machine is now about three feet or so out of his office.
