Continuity mistake: The security pass that Agent X20 flashes at the Sergeant is actually Sandy Gibson's pass which was seen only moments before. X20's thumb obscures the picture, but Gibson's name is visible on the left side.

Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, we see a hydrocharge being fired which causes an explosion in the sea. Then just a few shots later, another hydrocharge is fired and we see the same explosion - this is due to footage of one explosion being used twice.

Character mistake: Troy uses the Surface Video Scan (SVS), but later calls it the "SVC".

Continuity mistake: After Troy finishes talking to Phones about if the ice is a trick, we cut to a shot of Stingray trapped in the ice. Later on in the episode, when Phones pulls the gear lever in an attempt to move Stingray from the ice, he says, "We're iced up!" and we cut to the same shot of Stingray trapped in the ice as before.

Character mistake: When we first meet Gadus, he pronounces his name "Gay-dus", but later on in the episode Maran calls him "Gad-us".

Audio problem: When Atlanta says "Come in please" to the Search Vessel 2, his voice is initially that of David Graham but then changes to completely different voice provided by Don Mason.

Continuity mistake: When Troy is lying in bed after his celebration party, the clock near his bed reads 6.15. But when he moves to rest his head on the pillow, we cut back to the clock, and the hour hand has disappeared.

Audio problem: When the 1st WSP Commander is speaking in Washington D.C. he is voiced by Don Mason, but when he speaks to Commander Shore at W.A.S.P., he has a completely different voice provided by Ray Barrett.

Continuity mistake: When Troy and Phones are being transported to the Terror Fish, Troy is sitting in the left chair and Phones is sitting in the right chair. But when they are in the Terror Fish, the two of them have changed positions.
