Steve tells Cynthia to put the gun down or they'll have to put her down, and Junior menacingly cocks his rifle as if to emphasise the point. What, it wasn't already ready to fire? He's walked into a potential firefight with his weapon raised but it wasn't actually fireable yet?

Factual error: Thieves make off with 10 million dollars transferred to an offshore bank. The money is shown supposedly in a medium-sized black satchel carried in one hand by one of the accomplices. The largest US bill in circulation is the $100 bill. And one million dollars in $100 bills weigh 22 pounds. So ten million would weigh 220 pounds. There is no way that amount would fit in such a satchel, and much less be carried around dangling by one hand.
Factual error: A defibrillator is needed immediately. Adam runs to a storage closet and rummages around for a while, and finally finds a defibrillator deep under other things. This medical clinic is a public place. No one would ever bury an automated external defibrillator (AED) under other items in a storage room. AEDs would be visible and accessible for just such emergencies, as instructed on the devices themselves. (00:35:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jerry is on the video call with Kono, he is wearing white makeup with red around his eyes, but when the shot shows him and the phlebotomist in the room, the makeup is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Jessie is being chased by Steve, she is wearing trainers (you can see the Nike logo on the side), but when she is in the interrogation room, she is wearing ankle boots.
Factual error: During the show, they flash back to November 1963 and have Don Ho in a nightclub performing "Tiny Bubbles." The problem is Don Ho didn't release that song until 1966.

Continuity mistake: Mr. Weiss is in the hospital talking with Chin, Kono and Lou with bandages covering both ears that were supposedly chopped off by Sam Cole During the conversation we see the bandages change to above his right ear showing his ear is fine. Revealing mistake: As you see Danny enter his office you can see Kamekona's reflection in the glass pane in the upper right hand corner of the screen above where Danny has a couple of pictures on a table, clearly waiting for his cue. Continuity mistake: In the long bickering with Steve while they kinda talk with Sofia, Danny picks up the badge the Steve put on the table, put it down before the cut talking about bad relationship decisions, but in the next shot he's gesturing again with the badge. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: Steve and Danny sit at the diner's where they need to meet with the fugitive's girlfriend. As Danny gives Steve the speech about the "mammal to mammal" interactions he puts his toothpick in his mouth, but it vanishes in the front view, only to be plucked back at the beginning of the next shot. Continuity mistake: Inside Steve's office, Mary says that she would have taken anything from their dad, even disappointment,"because at least it would have been something." In that close-up, her hair is noticeably different than in the rest of the scene, much thinner over the shoulders. (00:19:45)
