Continuity mistake: Before the gunfight, Joe tells Steve not to wait too long to find someone. There's a shot of the boards over the window beside him, and they're fully intact. Seconds later, when he says "no visual", well before the gunfire actually starts, they're suddenly riddled with bullet holes.

Continuity mistake: The McGarrett team is seen loading a US Coast Guard C-130H. Shortly thereafter, a takeoff shot shows a C-130, but it is not a Coast Guard aircraft. (00:08:10 - 00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: Jerry is briefing the team. He says that HPD processed "the van" and found... This is the first mention that HPD even found a van. They were looking with keys found on the victim to see if nearby vehicles would fit them, but there was no prior mention that they had found any vehicle at all. (00:08:50)
