Continuity mistake: When the lab tech is talking about the plane part, she places a Surface Dial on the screen. Throughout the entire scene the Dial keeps moving around between instant cuts, sometimes more towards the right edge, sometimes more towards the center. In one shot it's right at the bottom edge, then in the very next shot it's further up the screen. And shortly afterwards, when the lab tech says "they're too precise", it's off the screen entirely and lying on the desk.

Continuity mistake: When the Military Police take Lincoln into custody he's handcuffed, then both the left and right handcuffs switch direction while they're around his wrists, note the single and double bars, along with the chain links. Quite impossible. (00:31:40)
Continuity mistake: In scene where Kono makes origami crane, she sets it down on top of Evan's Ipod. Next shot the crane is sitting next to the Ipod. (00:26:30)

Continuity mistake: Before the gunfight, Joe tells Steve not to wait too long to find someone. There's a shot of the boards over the window beside him, and they're fully intact. Seconds later, when he says "no visual", well before the gunfire actually starts, they're suddenly riddled with bullet holes.
