Continuity mistake: Sherlock is dancing with the bridesmaid towards the end. When they stop and are talking with Watson, Sherlock's hands keep switching from being behind him to in front of him, depending on the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: When Sherlock goes to look out the window at John leaving (after the tiff about the head in the fridge), his dressing gown is hanging off his right shoulder, exposing his t-shirt. Next there is a wider shot of him from behind, and his dressing gown is on straight, covering both shoulders properly. Then there's another closeup and it's off the right shoulder again. Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Mycroft is talking to Watson, he folds his hands and places his head on them. However, in the next shot, his hands are a couple inches away from his face.
Chosen answer: That line of dialogue has never actually been spoken in any of the Sherlock episodes, during seasons 1-4. However, that line is written in someone's fan-fiction story online, where it's said by Sherlock and directed at Anderson.
