Continuity mistake: Hogan and company use red painted gold bricks to replace the wooden stairs that they sabotaged. The steps after this episode should have been brick, but they went back to being wooden.

Continuity mistake: Hogan dumps a bucket of water on Barnes and Davis each, to make it look like they were the ones who hid in the tanker. They get big wet patches on their uniforms from it, but aren't completely wet through and through - which is to be expected, after all it's just a small bucket of water each. After the next cut however, they are completely soaked like they went swimming.

Continuity mistake: As Günther leaves the room, Klink touches his forehead and begins to sit down (or his knees are buckling, not relevant). After the next cut, he sinks down into a chair in a closeup. That same chair was behind Hogan before the cut.
Continuity mistake: When Hogan and the crew first see the silent airplane overhead, it has a twin tail. When shown up close in later scenes it has a single tail.
Continuity mistake: When Schultz comes out, he talks to the guard posted there. A moment later, the guard is gone.

Continuity mistake: When we see the men lighting cigarettes, there are 25 people forming the arrow. When we are treated to an aerial view of it, there are 37 dots of light visible.
Continuity mistake: LeBeau and Newkirk are on a building roof and the Nazi flag is blowing in the wind with great force. In the next shot a guard tower is shown with a Nazi flag that's hanging straight down and not blowing at all. (00:01:00)

Continuity mistake: As Klink is talking to the sentry post, his hand goes from around the microphone part to along the length of the receiver between angles.

Continuity mistake: While Klink is talking to Hogan and the Major, the chair next to the door is almost centered under a picture frame. When the Major is arrested the chair is moved to the left. When Klink sits down, the chair is centered again. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: The missile sitting on the trailer is thin and yellow, the missile actually seen flying is a fat, pointy, silver Atlas missile - which is an American intercontinental missile by the way, not a German tactical missile.

Continuity mistake: At the end, as Schultz and Hogan come out of the office, there is a blank wall, like a kind of foyer. Any shots of the front door from the inside show the door opens directly into the outer office of the secretary.
Answer: Nimrod's actual identity was never revealed in the series. It was only known that he was a British intelligence agent. Nimrod was not Colonel Klink. Hogan had only implied it was him as a ruse to get Klink returned as camp commandant, not wanting him replaced by someone more competent who would impede the Heroes war activities. (As another contributor previously posted, the term "nimrod" is slang for a nerdy, doofus type of person, though it's unclear why that was his code name).
