Continuity mistake: When the girl working in the hospital sees a man from her flash forward, she runs after him carrying several hospital client files. As she runs through the hospital stopping people, the files magically disappear from her arms.

1 continuity mistake in season 1 - chronological order
Starring: Joseph Fiennes, Courtney B. Vance, John Cho, Jack Davenport
Factual error: During the chase scene near the start of the episode, the Cadillac Escalade collides with a small white Ford pickup truck head-on, sending the pickup sailing into the air, and crashing down, rolling onto its roof. The Escalade has absolutely no damage from this impact - literally not even a scratch. Clearly this is an impossible result. The front of the body would be heavily damaged and the airbags would have been activated at the high rate of speed.

Trivia: His wife's comment in the opening title sequence that he is "the Shakespeare of cheesy dad humour" is a nod to the fact that Joseph Fiennes played the lead in "Shakespeare in Love". (00:06:15)
