Audio problem: When Dennis is talking about the dates he has been on whilst in the bathroom, after the third date is shown, he says, "This generation doesn't even understand half the shit that they're saying." Whilst saying the line, the camera cuts to focus on the others, and Dennis' mouth can be seen in the corner of the frame, but the movements of his mouth don't appear to match the audio. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: Dee tells a woman on deck that a chair is hers. The woman shows that she already has a towel on the chair. Suddenly, her towel is fully laid out on the chair when she goes to sit down. At no point do we see her put the towel on the chair like it ends up.
Charlie Catches a Leprechaun - S11-E8
Continuity mistake: Dennis is holding a tablet with a kickstand at the beginning of the episode. In one angle, you can see that the kickstand is out. In the rear shot, it's flat against the tablet.
The Gang Goes to the Jersey Shore - S7-E2
Visible crew/equipment: When Dee and Dennis are walking across the beach, the shadow of the camera can be seen on Dee's stomach. (00:03:55)
Continuity mistake: Dee's position on the airport carousel changes. She's going through the door in one shot, and then she's further out. Then, in the final shot, she goes through the door again.
Charlie's Mom Has Cancer - S8-E6
Continuity mistake: P-Diddy's glasses appear and disappear when we first see him.
Mac and Dennis Break Up - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: Frank puts his hands up when Dee grabs the hammer near the end. In the very next shot, his hands are down.
The World Series Defense - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: Ron is pouring alcohol into gallon jugs. He starts to pour the liquid in one angle. The shot changes angles, and he's no longer pouring it.
Visible crew/equipment: The boom mic is reflected in Dee's car door jam when Dee and Frank are talking.
Visible crew/equipment: When Frank is running back to Dee's car after speaking with Barbara and Ari, the boom mic can be seen entering the shot towards the bottom right corner of the frame. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the bar, when the lights go out, when they come back on, Dee's handbag is first seen on the floor in front of her. Then, in another shot, the bag is shown behind her. (00:15:03)

Continuity mistake: In the final scene, in the principal's office, an orange magically appears on the desk in the middle of the scene. (00:20:08)
Continuity mistake: When Dennis and Maureen argue after he gets home from the strip club with Mac, Mac is shown standing in the kitchen carrying a liquor bottle in a paper bag. After a quick cut to Maureen, Mac is sitting down and the bottle is shown out of the bag and on the table. After another cut to Maureen, the bottle is back in the bag and Mac is just taking it out. The Gang Goes Bowling - S16-E7
Continuity mistake: The score for the boys doesn't match what we see. For example, Mac's first roll was a 7, but the score shows 8. And Dennis gets a strike, but the score shows spare. Later, when the girls trick the boys into performing badly, none of that is reflected in the scores. At some point after the 6th frame, Mac and Charlie roll gutter balls multiple times, and each on the first roll at least once, none of which is in the scores.
Revealing mistake: As Mac says "I'm very worried about these guys" and exits the bar, there's a shot right through the door and it's not the bar inside at all, just a wall with some pictures on it, much closer to the door than it should be.
The Gang Solves Global Warming - S14-E10
Factual error: When Charlie and Dee go to get ice, they go to a "liquor" store, down the road. In Pennsylvania, all liquor stores are state run, called "Fine Wine and Spirits", and only sell liquor and wine. In this scene, ads for liquor, beer, and wine are all on the outside of the business. Liquor stores in PA do not sell beer.
Gun Fever Too: Still Hot - S9-E2
Continuity mistake: When Mac and Charlie are outside the school taking kids' cell phones, the principal comes out. We see Charlie holding 3 phones and his gun. When Mac holds up his sword saying he's going to take the principal out, Charlie points his gun at Mac and is no longer holding any phones and the principal has them. Then Charlie is seen holding 1 phone and handing it to the principal, who is holding 2 of them.
Mac and Charlie: White Trash - S6-E5
Continuity mistake: When trying to get into the club pool, Mac takes two beers from the 6-pack that are from the same side, so that the remaining beers are in a 3 x 1 configuration. Later, you see on the table and when they're walking away, the missing beers came from the front so the remaining beers are in a 2 x 2 configuration.
The D.E.N.N.I.S. System - S5-E10
Continuity mistake: When Dennis is playing the voicemail from Caleigh, the way he holds the phone changes between shots.
Dennis Looks Like a Registered Sex Offender - S3-E11
Continuity mistake: After Mac's dad crosses the first name off the list, he folds the paper back up and caps the sharpie. In the next shot, he's folding the paper and capping the sharpie again.
