Continuity mistake: Dennis walks up to the computer to see the guy claiming to be their father carrying nothing, he puts his empty left hand on the bar, but when the shot switches he is holding a coffee in that hand. In the shot right before the opening credits the coffee is gone again.
Continuity mistake: When Frank, Charlie, and Dennis are in the cop car at the red light, they're on a one-way street, with cars parked to their left (facing the same direction as the cop car). However, when it cuts to Frank, we see a car drive by in the opposite direction, and the parked cars are gone.
Continuity mistake: While Mac is holding the picture of himself to Dennis & Dee, towards the end of the scene he is holding the picture with one finger around the middle on the top edge. Dennis then says "You're going to hell". The next shot he is holding the picture by its side with two fingers.
Continuity mistake: At the very end, while the gang is reading the new review and then talking about how their names weren't mentioned, a hammer appears on the bar between them, only to disappear a few shots from the end; Charlie then retrieves it from under the bar as they leave.
Continuity mistake: When Dee is standing up she is smoking a cigarette with her right hand. When the shot comes back to her as she cuts Charlie's joke off, the cigarette has disappeared and the bottle of whiskey has left the table and is in her right hand.
Continuity mistake: When Dee tells the gang someone is contacting her claiming to be their dad, only one coffee cup is next to Dee, on the side closest to Mac. She lifts that cup and puts it towards her lap, but when the camera shows the computer, the cup is back and another cup is on the other side of the computer. When the camera zooms out both cups are gone again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when the gang opens the trunk to reveal the first kidnap victim, Sweet D is wearing black nail polish. The next scene in the apartment her nails are not black anymore. Then in the next trunk scene with the second victim they are black again.
Continuity mistake: When Mac and Dennis are talking to Doyle on the bus, watch the background outside of the window. Every time the camera cuts back and forth, the background changes. The most noticeable change is near the end of the scene, when the background changes from trees and shops passing, to suddenly the side of a bridge passing.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, as the gang is being mugged, watch the background. Towards the end of the scene, there are suddenly three cars parked on the street behind the gangs after a brief cut to the mugger, despite there having been no time for them to all appear.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when Charlie leaves the envelope marked "4 the Mare" outside the Municipal Building, as he walks away we see a janitor come by and throw the envelope away. However, seconds later when Charlie jumps into the air, we see the janitor walk and bend to pick up the envelope again.
Continuity mistake: When Mac walks in with the duster, the red ashtray on the bar is sitting flat. When Dee is stating "That parts simply not true," the ash tray is fallen at an angle, it switches back to flat when Dennis joins the conversation, and then back to an angle when Frank tells the gang it's the North Koreans. Then it's back to flat one more time before the opening credits.

Continuity mistake: Frank's whiskey glass and napkin coaster are about a foot away from the bucket as Dennis is explaining why he is fasting. When the camera cuts to Frank as he says "Forget it," the glass and napkin are suddenly right next to the bucket.
Continuity mistake: When the gang barges into Dee's apartment they leave the door wide open. When the shot goes to Charlie and Dennis the door is half-way closed, when the shot goes back out to all 4 of them asking "Which one?" the door is open all the way again. It goes back to the Charlie and Dennis shot with the door halfway closed one more time before the scene closes.

Continuity mistake: When Charlie lifts the "Facebook" off the counter the pencil the social service worker dropped under the book when she grabbed it rolls around and settles in the middle of the paper on the desk. When Charlie and Mac are walking away, the pencil is in the social service worker's hand, despite her never moving.
Continuity mistake: The lady in the background getting papers disappears as the shot switches to Mac and Charlie discussing potential slaves. When they are talking about the sleeping black guy she is right next to the booth, but the shot switches when they go to discuss the white guy and she is immediately off camera.
Continuity mistake: When Mac is eating the peanuts there are no crumbs next to the bowl and his beer. When he lifts up his beer to tell Dennis that it's irrelevant there are crumbs. When the shot zooms out to Dee on the computer, the bar is clean again.
Continuity mistake: When Mac asks Charlie "The good Lord is coming down on you, what's that supposed to mean?" the guy in the background with the walking cane and hat is walking away, almost to the end of the bar. When the shot comes back to Mac the same guy with the walker and the hat is right behind him again, strolling off into the same direction.
Continuity mistake: There is a red ashtray on the table closest to Charlie and Frank when they are signing the contract. It disappears from the table the rest of their conversation, and is gone when Mac walks in. When Mac begins to explain the work for welfare program the ashtray is back.

Continuity mistake: When Frank walks up to Charlie and Mac to tell them what a great idea this was, Mac's beer is halfway full. Once the camera switches to Mac about to talk, his beer has noticeably increased. The amount of beer then goes back to halfway as Mac is about to drink, and after he drinks it is more full again.
Continuity mistake: Frank's champagne changes from a normal gold champagne color to a see-through purple liquid and back again. Also at the same time Charlie's champagne glass switches from almost empty to completely empty and back again multiple times in the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Dennis and Dee walk to the counter of the welfare store, the social services worker has a black pencil lead-side up in her hand, between her index and middle fingers. When the shot switches to Dee and Dennis the pencil is resting on her thumb, when the shot switches back to original angle, the pencil is again facing straight up between her two fingers. The pencil then disappears, and she is seen folding her hands when the camera is behind her, this continues until Dee grabs the pencil.
Continuity mistake: When Mac asks the old guy if he wants a blessing, the man in the background holding a newspaper and rolling walker is about to talk to the black guy sitting at the bar. After Mac and Charlie fight over who is better equipped to give a blessing, the man in the background with the walker and newspaper is walking up to the guy at the bar again.
Continuity mistake: When Mac and Charlie are playing video games the solid orange ball (5) can be seen in the corner. When Frank is getting the grout ready the orange ball is seen in the middle of the table. It is seen on the corner again in the shot with Frank, Mac and Charlie.

Continuity mistake: When Frank, Maria and Tony walk in from playing full contact football, there is a white package behind the ash tray, when the shot switches to Frank the package is gone, when the shot switches back to Maria and Tony the white package is noticeable again. This happens 4 times.
Continuity mistake: When Mac is sitting in the back of the cop car and the black cop is talking about how people don't take kindly to being called a nerd, there is a red car driving up behind them. When the camera pans out it has become a white SUV.
