Continuity mistake: When Jax and his crew meet up with a Hispanic gang to sell them guns and are outnumbered, they run in the station wagon. The run the station wagon through a gate and roll it, destroying the front end, but magically the station wagon's front end appears with little damage afterwards.
Other mistake: Abel was 18 months old when Thomas was born. All through the series, Thomas hardly ages. In season 7 Abel is 5 and in kindergarten yet Thomas looks younger than 3. He's not even walking or talking yet! Thomas should be at least 3 years old according to the time span of the series.
Character mistake: Tig gets bit on the right butt cheek. Tara tells Chibs to give him a local, which is a numbing injection so she can stitch him up. Problem is that Chibs does the injection in the left butt cheek. You are supposed to give the injection close to the wound to numb it before stitches.
Deliberate mistake: When Tara is talking to Gemma in the parking lot of Stockton Prison, the chrome bumper of Tara's SUV is blurred out, probably to cover up visible crew and equipment. It looks unnatural, since the image is sharp enough that you can see the radiator itself behind the grille, and the numberplate is perfectly sharp.
Continuity mistake: When the Sons are meeting with the Irish, Jax rides up on his motorcycle late to the meeting. He removes his helmet and his hat is backwards, revealing the Sons logo. In the next shot, when he's shaking the Irishman's hand, it's forward, then in the following cut back, it is backwards again.
Factual error: When the fat insurance guy wakes up from being drugged, he bites Tig on the butt. There's no way a person can bite through a pair of jeans. It shows the wound and there's a tear in them and blood. It looks as though a dog bit him, not a person.
Plot hole: When the guys break into the safe house and free the witness against Bobby, they are wearing masks to hide their identities. Yet after freeing the witness, Jax and Tig decide to get involved in a fist fight inside the house which would leave their DNA all over the place. Since both are undoubtedly on the police database, it would take no time at all for the police to find at least two of the culprits who assaulted two officers, an ATF agent and intimidated their star witness.
Continuity mistake: In the episode prior to this one, Clay severely beat Gemma in the face. Bruised and cuts. Swollen eyes. This episode, which is the next morning, her face isn't nearly as bruised - it sure wouldn't have healed that much overnight. And the swollen eyes aren't as bad either.
Plot hole: Tig thinks it's Opie driving the truck. Problem: When Donna stops at the stop sign, Tig has a clear view of the driver. Also, when he pulls up behind her, it's obvious that Donna is much shorter than Opie and isn't wearing a hat like Opie always does. Tig doesn't realize it's Donna until he pulls up beside her.
Character mistake: The nurse that was helping the doctor tend to Clay has blood all over her gloves. As she leaves the room, she takes off one glove. No hospital anywhere would allow doctors or nurses to roam the hall with bloody gloves and hands. It's a health hazard.
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Jax and crew go to help escort Tig after he ran into Laroy with a car at the cafe, they get caught in a traffic jam and have to drive on the breakdown lane. Jax shoots at the SUV with Laroy and kills the driver and the car slams into a car that is stuck in traffic, but there is no one sitting behind the wheel of that car.
