Character mistake: At the start of the episode, the Ground Controller says that the TVR-17 will be landed at 1400 hours, but a few seconds later he says 1900 hours, before they decide to change it to midnight.
Continuity mistake: When Colonel White is being lowered onto the submarine, you can see that the harness is around his chest with his arms outstretched, but as he comes down the last few feet, he is gripping the harness strap with his hands.
Trivia: This episode features flashback footage from "Big Ben Strikes Again", "Crater 101", "The Trap" and only eleven minutes of new material. The flashback to "Crater 101" also features a flashback of its own.
