Corrected entry: A title card at the beginning of the episode identifies the location as the Chinese Consulate in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The Chinese Consulate is at 443 Shatto Place, west of Downtown Los Angeles and even farther west of Chinatown.

Continuity mistake: When the DEA agent Carina is running on the beach, she is wearing a white undergarment under her short black dress. Moments later she pulls off the dress and we see that she is now wearing a black bikini. (00:25:59 - 00:26:25)
Cole Barker: Just doing my job, General. Actually, Chuck showed great courage on this mission. He got injured in the line of duty.
John Casey: He got clipped by a window sill. It's as pathetic as it sounds.

Trivia: During the test where Chuck is shown a series of images, he mentions an "Oceanic flight" that was shot down. "Oceanic" is the name given to many ill-fated fictional airlines, and has been used in films like "Executive Decision" and TV shows like "Lost".
