Continuity mistake: When Hector, Caleb, and Michael walk to the back of Caleb's house looking for the GTO, they discover it behind the greenhouse. Caleb tells Hector he'd never steal from him. Hector gets in Caleb's face and says, "You mean, you never will." Here, Caleb is shown from the front. When Hector says "again," Caleb is shown from behind, and he has sweat running down his cheek. When Caleb is shown from the front again, Hector says, "Take him inside," and there's no sweat on his face. (00:35:40)
Hard Bargain - S1-E9
Other mistake: When one of the kidnappers knocks on Michael's door, it shows him undoing a sliding barrel bolt before opening it, but the bolt does not have anything it slides into on the door frame rendering it pointless, especially as the door opens inwards. (00:30:20)
Continuity mistake: Michael makes the target/client use a faulty pen that spill ink all over her hand. When Michael is in the bathroom and holds over the targets mouth, his shirt gets dirty of the ink from the target/clients hand. After this, it switches between the shots and Michael having a dirty and clean shirt several times. (00:10:53 - 00:11:46)
Revealing mistake: Near the end of the episode, when Andy opens the front door to meet Baranski the loan shark, he leaves the door open behind him for the camera man.
Last Stand - S4-E18
Revealing mistake: After Michael blows up his car, the bad guys' car hits it and pretty clear jolts to a near-stop. In the reverse angle it suddenly smashes over the top of the burning vehicle at great speed. Not to mention that without a ramp there's no way it could have jumped the wreck anyway.
Revealing mistake: When Fi triggers the bomb under the car, in the shot showing the explosion, the bomb itself, with an obvious red flashing light, has disappeared, plus the explosion originates from within the car, rather than underneath where the bomb was placed.
Continuity mistake: When Sam bugs Ari's Ferrari, he places the bug under the dash cowl above the steering wheel. Near the end, after the Zamir family's warehouse is found empty, the father is shown searching his son's Ferrari and pulls out the bug from behind an air vent on the passenger side, not where the bug was originally placed.
Plot hole: Someone as careful and controlling as Timo would never force anyone into working for him, for exactly this reason.
Old Friends - S1-E3
Other mistake: This Jan Haseck assassin, who has either multiple allergies or else one allergy to a very common substance (peanuts), could never do any espionage work, as it would make him too vulnerable.
Chosen answer: They could wear disguises to hide their appearance.
