Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, when Oliver joins Miley and Lilly at the table the food and trays change position, particularly the milk carton. Then when Oliver stands up and announces that Lilly has the two tickets, suddenly the apple has changed trays and the juice box and milk carton are lying flat.

Continuity mistake: After Maddie tells Robbie Ray that her mother will be happy to learn he's alive, Miley tells her to take some of the happy and put it over by the suitcase, at which point we see the suitcase is zipped up, but in previous and following shots it's unzipped.

Continuity mistake: Miley has to hide all of the newspapers under her sofa, because they have the bad Hannah headlines on them. We see a lot of the papers fall out from under the sofa, but when Lily comes in, the papers that fell on the floor are gone.
Continuity mistake: In the episode when Miley has to choose who to take to the tennis match with her, in the scene when the first caramel candy apple lands on Rico's head, the stick is facing backwards. When the second caramel candy apple land on his head, the first apple's stick is now facing forward.
Plot hole: Throughout the show everyone says that the TV show, in which Amber and Hannah are to be performing, is going to take place on Saturday night. It is mentioned three or four times. But, after the show, Amber enters the cafeteria and says, "Last night, I was on Singing With the Stars." If the show was on Saturday, they wouldn't have been at school the next day, which was Sunday.
Visible crew/equipment: When Robbie Ray walks out to the porch where Jackson is grunting while working out, the reflections of the camera and a couple of crewmembers (one wears a white shirt) are visible on the glass doors behind Jackson.

Continuity mistake: In the episode "What I Don't Like About You," Miley and her dad return home. In the show, it says that Miley was shooting Indiana Joannie. Actually, Hannah Montana: The Movie was being shot before that episode. Yet, they act like the family never even went to Tennessee. Even Lily (and I forget about Oliver) went. In a different episode, Jackson and his father were talking about college. The dad says something like "I know that college in Tennessee didn't work out." Jackson tried doing college in Tennessee. That part is from the movie. So, some scenes act like Hannah Montana: The Movie happened, and others don't.
Character mistake: When Olivia turns up at Jackson's house, she says, "That was my Saturday afternoon. This is my Saturday night!" which indicates it is the same day. But when Cooper arrives, he says, "Sorry for blowing off at you yesterday," which means another day has passed. However, at the Hannah concert, it is the same day all the while, so Cooper had got his days wrong.
Continuity mistake: When Oliver appears and is hanging from the limo roof, Lilly puts "Hannah's" hat on Miley's head and Miley's father has her wig. In the next shot she only has her wig on, but after Oliver asks why she kissed him, we cut back to Miley and she has both her wig and hat on.
Continuity mistake: When Miley comes into the house, she takes Robbie's ice-cream bowl and you can see that there is a bottle of whipped cream and chocolate sauce on the table. When Robbie and Jackson start singing, the whipped cream and chocolate sauce change places.
Continuity mistake: When Lilly discovers that she has been invited to Kelly Clarkson's party, she runs outside and begins dancing. At this point, you can see that both doors are open, but when Miley says "Look!", the close-up of Lilly has only one door open.
Continuity mistake: In the episode where Miley and Lilly go camping with school, Miley tells Lilly she is going to be on Taylor Kingsford, (Lilly's favourite show). Shortly afterward, Lilly is about to fling something at Amber and Ashley but Miley stops her. Amber and Ashley stand up twice: once before Lilly tries to fling something at them and again straight after Miley stops Lilly.
