Audio problem: The house Kimble and Marcie are holed up in certainly has remarkable soundproofing. There's a 100 mph hurricane raging outside, yet the moment they close the door, it's completely quiet inside. Throughout the episode, the storm sounds are audible only faintly, and only when the hurricane is relevant to the story line.

Continuity mistake: In Part 1, Kimble worried about Gerard tracing him by a match he left behind. We got a close-up when he tore the match out of the book: it was the 3rd in a row of 5. But here, as he looks at the matchbook and worries again, the close-up shows the only match missing from the book is the 5th one.
Factual error: This is the only episode in which we see Kimble hotwire and steal a car. But he does it in seconds (two whole decades before MacGyver), with nothing but a foil cigarette package liner. Not likely. He'd need a screw driver or pocket knife, at the very least.
Visible crew/equipment: In the flashback to the night of Helen's murder, Kimble drives to the deserted lake after their argument. When he opens the car door, the wing window reflects several film crew members very clearly, including one person's arm and wristwatch.
Continuity mistake: When Gerard leaves the cell block, Kimble is at the cell door with his hands on the bars. Next shot, as Gerard exits, the cell door is visible in the background, and Kimble is no longer standing there. But in an immediate cut back to the cell, he's back with his hands on the bars again.
Continuity mistake: Kimble tells Hobart there's no new evidence that could get him another trial. But maybe Dr. Kimble is suffering from amnesia. In the past 3 1/2 seasons, he's uncovered no fewer than four potential witnesses who could provide new evidence in a second trial.
Continuity mistake: Rafe and Kimble escape handcuffed together. They break the linking chain with a rock: each then wears a single bracelet. But when he kneels to examine the dead deputy, Kimble is wearing a cuff with an intact chain and an empty bracelet hanging from it.
Continuity mistake: The rear tires on Kimble's car get stuck in the sand and spin when he's trying to U-turn and avoid the roadblock. After the police order him to drive back to town with them, however, the car wheels somehow unstick themselves, and Kimble has no trouble at all driving out of the sand pit.
Continuity mistake: When Sheriff Corby arrests Kimble outside the boarding house, the front door is open and the porch light is on. In the next shot, as they get in the car and drive away, the house door has closed itself and the porch light is off.
Plot hole: Peggy's old car is left behind in town when the police pick up Kimble and drive him out to the country house in their cruiser. No one goes back for Peggy's car, yet it's somehow back at the house at the end, just in time for Kimble to escape in it.

Plot hole: Kimble enters the bar in the midst of a fight between photographer Howie and a man he tried to blackmail. Kimble comes in too late to hear what the scuffle is about, yet after breaking it up, he somehow knows all about the incriminating photo that sparked it.
Continuity mistake: Kimble's been kidnapped and held for ransom. He had nothing with him when he was taken, yet when he leaves the abandoned house with the kidnappers, he has a small suitcase. When they drop him off on the road, he doesn't have it. When, in the epilogue, he's shown walking, he's carrying a different, larger suitcase.

Continuity mistake: Barbara searches the one-armed man's wallet. We see an insert shot of two cards, both with the signature "Fred Johnson." But in the next moment, she claims that no two of the IDs are the same before saying, "Oh, wait, here are two." She then "finds" the cards she'd already found in the earlier shot.
Revealing mistake: The last scenes of the grand finale/climax occur in an abandoned amusement park that's supposed to be in inland Indiana. But several shots with the Pacific Ocean "lurking" in the background (despite the cameraman's best efforts to hide or avoid it), as well as palm trees, and ocean sounds intruding on the soundtrack, reveal that the actual shooting location was in Southern California.
Revealing mistake: Marcia demonstrates an early home video recorder at the trade show. Her camera set-up should record her test subjects from a lefthand angle. But her tapes show them all from a righthand angle - the position of the actual studio camera.
Continuity mistake: Corby hides Kimble in the trunk of his car. When it's partially opened, we see Kimble in a horizontal bar of sunlight. After Corby slams the trunk shut, we see another shot of Kimble, who should now be in the dark, still illuminated by the bar of sunlight.
Continuity mistake: Kimble and Gerard are sitting on the ground, handcuffed together. But without unlocking the restraints, Gerard stands up while Kimble remains seated, and moves several feet away, no longer linked to his prisoner. When he sits down, though, they're suddenly cuffed to each other again.
Continuity mistake: Kimble orders coffee and a bowl of chili from the diner's owner, George. But George serves him a glass of water with the chili, and never does bring the coffee. Later, when the sheriff arrives and wants Kimble's dishes to get fingerprints, a cup of coffee mysteriously appears next to the bowl of chili.
