The Lonely - S1-E7

Continuity mistake: Allenby brings Corey a stack of paperback books. He's holding them with the back covers facing out until the shot cuts, and then the stack of books has reversed itself in his hand: the back covers are now facing inward. (00:20:30)

The Lonely - S1-E7

Factual error: Corey is in solitary confinement on an asteroid. However, asteroids are neither large enough nor stable enough to hold an atmosphere. In addition, the distance from earth stated in the episode wouldn't be much further than the moon; there are no asteroids in a stable, regular orbit around the the moon or the earth, nor around the sun anywhere that close to earth.

Other mistake: The supply crew arrives at the asteroid every 3 months, as established by the dialogue between Corry and the astronauts who bring him the female robot. However, Corry's narration reveals that he has been living with the robot for 11 months when the next supply ship arrives.

The Obsolete Man - S2-E29

[A bomb in Wadsworth's room is seconds from going off, causing the Chancellor to panic].
Chancellor: Please, please let me out. In the name of God, let me out. Let me out! Let me out!
Wadsworth: Yes, Chancellor. In the name of God, I will let you out.

A Game of Pool - S3-E5

Trivia: Johnson's script originally featured an ending in which Jesse loses the game and yet finds himself still alive. Seeing this, Fats explains that he will die "as all second raters die: you'll be buried and forgotten without me touching you. If you'd beaten me, you'd have lived forever." This ending was eventually filmed when this episode was remade in 1989, during the first revival of The Twilight Zone.

Deaths-Head Revisited - S3-E9

Question: When Becker is reading the list of indictments to Lutze, what were indictments four and five? Lutze was screaming so loudly I couldn't hear them.

Answer: #4: That he did personally murder at least 14 (Jews). The last word I couldn't quite hear because of the screams, but I hear an "-oz" sound at the end, so it's an educated guess. #5: That he did sign and put into effect specific orders calling for the gassing and cremating of one million human beings.
