Other mistake: Rogue states that this is Jubilee's first Christmas as an X-Man. However, Jubilee was already a member of the X-Men when Senator Kelly declared his candidacy for President in season 1, and the season 2 premiere episode showed him being sworn-in as President. Election Day is in November and the President is sworn-in in January, so Jubilee should have already had at least one Christmas as a member of the X-Men.
Other mistake: When Professor X says "We must do all we can to defeat the Phoenix within her," there is a black spot that moves vertically across the screen as the camera is panning from Cyclops to Wolverine. It's as if there was a small bug on the lens.
Other mistake: When Apocalypse is holding Rogue upside-down, her belt remains in place despite the fact that her belt is wider than her waist and abdomen (it is not as wide as her hips which is why it remains in place when she is upright). Her belt should have fallen down to underneath her breasts.
Other mistake: When Wolverine, Gambit and Beast are battling members of the Friends of Humanity, Wolverine slices through the gun of one of their members. From the angle Wolverine is standing respective to the F.O.H. Member, he could not have possibly sliced through the gun without also slicing off the man's left hand.
Other mistake: When the tank falls through the hole in the bridge, the tank's occupants are impossibly shown to be clinging to the edge of the hole at the same time the tank is going over the edge, as if the tank and the occupants were occupying the same space.
Other mistake: After Cable shoots his exploding plasma blast at the table that Gyrich, Trask, Hodge and the Leader are sitting at, the former three all evacuate the area while the Leader is still shown to be sitting at the table only a moment before it explodes, but he does not suffer any ill effects from the concussive blast or wooden shrapnel.
Other mistake: When Cyclops, Rogue and Jean Grey exit the War Room to depart for Genosha, at the top of the door frame there is a black spec moving around, possibly indicating that there was some debris or a clump of dust on the animation cells or the camera lens itself during filming.
Other mistake: When Wolverine is threatening Pierre, there is a continuous shot lasting roughly 8 seconds in which Bobby is telling Rogue about Bella Donna, all the while Wolverine and Pierre remain in the foreground, and neither of them so much as moves a muscle in that 8-second span. Rogue also remains motionless for a majority of the shot.
Other mistake: When the hotel clerk is checking Gambit, Storm and Jubilee into their room, he determines that they are mutants by seeing footage of Storm using her powers at the Salem Center Mall from the very first episode. While it's not unreasonable that security footage from the mall could exist showing Storm use her powers, the footage also shows an extremely close zoom-in on Storm's left eye, which is extremely unlikely, unless the security camera somehow guessed she was about to activate her mutant powers.
Other mistake: When Wolverine, Rogue and Jean Grey are falling down the hole, they are all falling at the same rate, yet Wolverine lands a couple seconds after the other two. If anything, he should have landed first because he weighs more than them, especially since his bones are coated with metal, and Rogue and Jean Grey are shown to be slowing their falls by using their flight and telekinetic powers respectively. Wolverine also appears to land a couple feet in front of the hole.
Other mistake: When Wolverine is carving "HERO" into Cocteau's tombstone, he is shown to be using all three claws on his right hand to do so, but the carving looks like it was only carved with one sharp point. If he was using all three claws, each point of articulation for each letter should have been tripled.
Other mistake: The Red Skull reveals that Cocteau is the one who sounded the alarm on Wolverine and Captain America, but at the time the alarm starts going off, there are no switches on the walls for him to have pressed, not to mention he was shown to have been standing in the middle of the corridor out of arm's reach of either wall.

Other mistake: The non-English wording on Cocteau's tombstone at the beginning of the episode is gibberish. It says "Pace et Rfouisat." When it is shown again at the end of the episode, it reads "Page et Resquiat." It appears that they were attempting to say "Rest in Peace," but they got their French and Latin confused. The proper French translation would be "Repose en Paix" and the proper Latin translation would be "Requiescat in Pace."
Other mistake: When Killgrave is standing in front of the projector, the projector image is cast onto his person matched color for color, except for when his own image in his true purple-skinned form appears and the image cast onto him maintains a normal flesh color.
Other mistake: When Forge says "Now we need offensive power," he opens up a containment bubble with no one inside it. The bubbles are transparent, so he would have known whether or not someone was inside it and it would make no sense for him to open up an empty bubble since he was in need of reinforcements.
Other mistake: When Scarlet Witch falls from the cliff, she lands on a hover craft and kicks its pilot off. The pilot is then immediately show falling into a pond. It then takes Scarlet Witch several seconds to save Quicksilver who was free-falling from the same cliff. Given how fast the hover craft pilot fell to the ground, Quicksilver also would have fallen to the ground before Scarlet Witch could have caught him.
Other mistake: When the group of mutants are listening to Solarr's speech, in one continuous shot of ten of them that lasts at least four seconds, they are all standing completely still, not one of them moving a muscle, blinking or making the slightest adjustment in their facial expressions.
Other mistake: After Rogue absorbs Wolverine's healing powers and purges the transformation spores from her system, she reverts back into human form including losing the tail that she grew. Given that the tail protruded from her backside, there should have been a hole in the back of her pants afterwards, yet there is none.
Other mistake: When Ape and Annalee walk to the back doors of the ambulance, the window on the right rolls down. Ignoring the fact that those windows don't actually roll down, neither Ape nor Annalee do anything to make it roll down.
Other mistake: During the montage of people being erased from time, the exterior shot of the X-Mansion shows part of the mansion destroyed. The mansion is later shown to be destroyed by Graymalkin after the heroes defeat Apocalypse, but at this point in the episode there's no reason for the damage.
Other mistake: When the two civilians are walking past Joe McTaggert's campaign posters, they are shown to be walking unusually fast, almost as if the ground beneath them is moving them forward between strides (similar to as if you were walking on a moving sidewalk inside an airport).
Other mistake: Shard shows Storm and Wolverine surveillance footage of Trevor Fitzroy's deal with Master Mold, stating it was all they could get of their plan before the camera was discovered. However, the footage shows multiple camera angles that a lone mounted surveillance camera could not achieve.

Other mistake: During the "Previously on X-Men..." segment before the show's intro, it shows the Juggernaut landing in the ocean and walking across the ocean floor after Gladiator had hurled him away. However, Juggernaut's fate was never actually shown after Gladiator threw him. He was only seen fading off into the distance.
Other mistake: When Corsair is running towards the Starjammers and Storm at the top of the Mayan structure, Lilandra can be seen among the group despite the fact that she was not in the episode before or after this moment. This was most likely supposed to instead be Jandra, the Shi'ar child that the Starjammers were trying to protect.
Other mistake: When the X-Men and Corsair encounter D'Ken in the hallway, D'Ken, Gladiator and Lilandra remain in the background while the X-Men and Corsair are wiped from the screen. It's as if this was meant to be a zoom in on D'Ken, Gladiator and Lilandra, but their size relative to the camera remained the same and the X-Men and Corsair are simply removed from view.
Other mistake: The show establishes that Jubilee is Chinese-American, but after she accidentally blasts Wolverine, the way she pronounces "Sorry" is the way the word is typically pronounced by Canadians (most of the show's voice cast, including the actress who voiced Jubilee, are Canadian).
Other mistake: When Storm sends the Genoshan prison guard flying into the Blob, he knocks the Blob over. The Blob's powers prevent him from being moved, hence why he is sometimes called the Immovable Blob. Other episodes demonstrated his ability to stand his ground against force, such as being punched by Rogue or being blasted by Cyclops' optical beam.
Other mistake: When Gambit is consoling Rogue just before she is taken to be tortured, he tells her that he loves her, and states that he has never said that to anyone before. But as we learned earlier in the season, Gambit was engaged in his youth to Bella Donna. Surely he told her he loved her at some point. Rogue is aware of this aspect of Gambit's past, so he would have nothing to gain by lying to her about it.
Other mistake: In the scene where Professor X uses his psychic powers to deduce that Jubilee is trying to escape the mansion, there is a semi-dissolve edit that simultaneously shows a close-up of Professor X with his left hand on his forehead and a counterpart image of Jubilee hiding around the corner. If you look closely at Professor X in the counterpart image of Jubilee, his left arm and hand are shown to be on his hover-chair's armrest and not his forehead.
