Factual error: When Wolverine is tracking the jet Jubilee took, his monitor shows its coordinates to be latitude of 45° (north) and longitude of 74° (east), and says it is located in Russia. However, those coordinates are actually located in Kazakhstan. (00:11:21)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine lunges after Omega Red, he cuts off some of his hair, and the left side of Omega Red's hair is visibly shorter. A few moments later, his hair is back to its original length. (00:12:45)
