Continuity mistake: After the Doctor gives Rose instructions, he crosses his arms and leans against the TARDIS. In the close up, he does it again. (00:00:25)
Continuity mistake: The Doctor pulls the arm off Rose, deactivates it, and the fourth and fifth fingers are the last to stop moving. When the angle changes, the first two fingers are the last to stop.
The Time of Angels (1) - S5-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Amy are in the museum looking at the Home Box, after they steal it, they run to and enter the TARDIS, which is parked at the end of the hall by the last glass case. However, in the first shots of them in the museum, the camera was pointed directly at that spot, and the TARDIS wasn't there. (00:01:30 - 00:02:00)
Other mistake: Near the start, the Doctor and companion, just after having experienced a violent earthquake within the city of ancient Pompeii, discover someone sold the TARDIS after fleeing toward where they parked it and finding it gone. But where it had stood there is a floor to ceiling shelf of clay pots, very aligned, unshaken, unmoved from the shelves. (00:04:00)
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Mrs. Moore are walking through the tunnel of Cybermen, there is constantly a light source in front of them. When the shot looks ahead, there are no lights. This is due to the cameraman giving more light so this all can be filmed.
The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe - S7-E1
Revealing mistake: When Cyril is walking around the statue and chair in the tower, if you look closely you can see the statue's hands move or shake. (00:30:14)
Continuity mistake: When Craig enters the house and falls back when the cybermat is attacking him, his arms are down by his sides, breaking his fall. As he lands, he's suddenly holding the mouse so it can't bite him. (00:25:51)
Continuity mistake: When Amy and Rory are searching the darkened kitchen, the flashlight Rory holds switches hands between cuts when it starts turning on and off. (00:13:52)
Visible crew/equipment: As Sally enters the living room in the abandoned house, in the shot where she walks through the doorway, a cameraman holding the camera can be seen reflected in the window of the door next to her. (00:00:35)
Revealing mistake: When the old man is stabbed, the sword is retracted and we can see there is no blood visible on the sword. This is visible even before the blood is wiped off. (00:06:55)
Audio problem: After landing, the Doctor comes out and jumps in place several times. As he does, the sounds of his landings don't sync up with his motions. (00:04:55)
Continuity mistake: When Clara exits the TARDIS in Sherwood Forest for the first time, she closes the door. Shortly thereafter, when Robin draws his sword on the Doctor, the door has opened itself. (00:04:24)
The Sontaran Stratagem (1) - S4-E4
Continuity mistake: In the TARDIS as Donna navigates, the Doctor uses a hammer to help correct the trajectory, then rests it on his neck and shoulder. A second later, when the phone rings, his hand, holding the hammer, is suddenly much lower, below his waist level. (00:03:15)
Continuity mistake: The cab Donna's in passes a red vehicle on the bridge. A second later, it's nowhere to be seen looking back. (00:12:15)
The Impossible Planet (1) - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: When Rose, the Doctor, and the others are running across the walkway a stream of steam appears and disappears between shots. (00:03:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rose and the Doctor are riding after landing, you see the camera, crew and lighting equipment reflected in their glasses. (00:04:00)
Chosen answer: The Master knows that deep down, he deserves death for the crimes that he's committed throughout his life, and since he regards The Doctor as his arch-foe, he expects it to be at his hands. The fact that The Doctor is still willing to forgive him for all of his crimes hurts him more deeply than death would.
