Plot hole: The image of an angel becomes itself an angel. Sally sparrow hands the doctor a folder with pictures of weeping angels that don't/haven't turned into weeping angels.

New this month Suggested correction: The idea that Weeping Angels reproduced by projecting themselves out of images was invented for the season 5 two-parter "The Time of Angels"/"Flesh and Stone", their second appearance. In that story, the Doctor refers to the "Blink" Angels as "scavengers", implying that they weren't powerful enough to be able to affect the images.
