Revealing mistake: When Doug and Deacon are driving round trying to find Gabe's Pizzeria, they get into the car and pull out into the road. However if you look at the traffic, they would have hit at least 2 cars in doing so. But they don't, showing it's a projection.
Revealing mistake: In the final scene of the episode, Arthur is searching for used bottles of nasal spray. He empties the contents of the trash can on the kitchen floor and finds one after sifting through the trash. However, the bottle had already been positioned on the floor next to the trash can before he picked up the trash can so it would be easy to find when the trash was emptied on the floor.
Revealing mistake: In the final scene, Carrie starts to kiss Doug and pushes him onto the bed. The camera angle switches from what would be outside the window to beside the bed. The scene was done in one take from 3 camera angles. As the camera pans left you can see the center window is completely open because they had just pulled the camera out of it and didn't get it closed yet, and you can watch the window be closed by an invisible hand from underneath.
Revealing mistake: Carrie comes into the kitchen, visibly hot and sweaty, and says, "Could it be any hotter?" Doug also has a sweat stain on his back and they stick their heads in the freezer. Suddenly Arthur walks in and says, "Do I have the word pushover on my forehead?" Arthur is wearing a thick shirt tucked into long pants and yet is not sweaty. At his age he would be more visibly drained from the heat than both Carrie and Doug. This happens again later in the episode in the garage.

Revealing mistake: In the kitchen, Deacon asks Doug, "Are we gunna play basketball or what?" while leaning against the counter. In this shot you can see the kitchen wall is on an angle slanting away from the camera. This makes the kitchen look bigger and cuts down on the empty stage space on the wall where the cameras are.
