The Golden Girls

A Piece of Cake - S2-E25

Continuity mistake: Towards the end, when Sofia's cake is done, she takes it out of the hot oven using potholders. Less than a minute later, when the men start to conga, you can see her discard the potholders and pick it up with her bare hands. It is a glass pan and still would have been much too hot to hold.

Empty Nests - S2-E26

Continuity mistake: When Dorothy snaps at Oliver, she mentions him "throwing up in the pool" at a new year's party at Blanche's house. There is no pool on the girls' property (which is Blanche's house, and they've always all lived there); it is never seen or mentioned outside of this episode.

Mistakes

When Dorothy explains to Rose about her ex husband Stan she mentions he is a 65-year-old man. If they were in high school together and she's in her 50s wouldn't that mean he would be 50s as well?
