Revealing mistake: In the scene in which Johnathan shoots Lex, you can see he is gently lowering and raising the barrel of the gun whilst shooting, even though there is a 'bullet-time' effect in progress. Maybe the sequence is shot in real-time, with the actors standing still and the 'bullet' added afterwards? Furthermore, would Lex really move that quickly in relation to the speed of the bullet?

Revealing mistake: Once Victoria has drawn her bath, we see her get in, and then lean back into the water. However she is already wet on her chest and her hair is damp already. This is probably due due to previous takes of the same scene.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Lionel Luthor visits the Kent Farm and tells thee Kents and Chloe that Lex is missing, Allison Mack's character is visibly laughing when the group is shown from Lex's viewpoint in the barn.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of No Mercy - Season 5 Episode 19, Lional's limo comes to a screeching halt on railroad tracks. The camera is panned out to where you can see this happen. The black tire marks that are supposed to appear from the hard braking are already present, which means there were multiple takes.

Revealing mistake: In the early scene with the baby, there are a few overhead shots of the parents and child. It is clear that in these shots a fake baby was used - he is completely motionless, even though he was moving arms and legs before and after and is crying.

Revealing mistake: As Sheriff Ethan pulls up there is a reflection on his driver side window. You can see the police department shield on the door and the door handle reflected on the driver's side window. There were no other police cars there so it was probably reflected off a mirror used to help light the scene.

Revealing mistake: When Clark split's the fence at Belle Reve, just before he pulls it apart you can see the breakaway part of the fence. It is a silver color compared to the gray of the actual fence and runs vertically in front of Clark and between where he puts his hands.

Revealing mistake: Lana and Clark are supposed to be skinny dipping at Crater Lake. When Clark pops up out of the water and goes "boo" to Lana she spins around and splashes Clark for making her worry. As she starts to splash Clark her body comes out of the water far enough to see she is wearing a tan tube top instead of actually skinny dipping.

Revealing mistake: The Smallville Torch that Clark looks at online is the exact same one last seen by Lex two episodes ago in "Craving." This wouldn't be a problem, but Clark remarks that this Torch is "another scathing editorial," indicating that it is new, and Principal Kwan complains that parents have been calling all morning, which means that this issue of the Torch was published either this day or the day before. Prop department must have been saving money.

Revealing mistake: Clark hoists some heavy equipment in the barn early in the episode. The chain he is pulling on has a good deal of slack in it, meaning that the load is being lifted by something other than it.

Revealing mistake: When Nicholas throws the lighter it is supposed to be lit so that it will light the gas and kill Lana but as it flips through the air, before Clark grabs it, the lighter has no flame at all.

Revealing mistake: After Lana is warned by Chloe that Clark has gone all 'Captain Paranoid', she examines the silver 'meteor rock' more closely. We see a shot of her hand holding the 'meteor rock' but the hand that is shown is obviously not Kristin Kreuk's hand.

Revealing mistake: When the gas pipe explodes at the beginning before the credits, the camera goes to an aerial view. You can see that the explosion started from behind the gas pipes.

Covenant (2) - S3-E22

Revealing mistake: Loder gets scared and tries to get away from Kara. He takes off down the road at a significant rate of speed. Kara uses her super speed to get in front of the car. Loder has to slam on his brakes to keep from hitting her. At the speed Loder was going at he should have either skidded to a stop or hit Kara with his car. Loder is able to stop his car without doing either.

Revealing mistake: After Lex's employee walks out of the office, Lex's gets mad and throws most of the objects off his desk. Prior to this, we a computer screen displaying something. When the objects go flying off and hit the wall, we see that it wasn't actually a computer screen but a prop that was made look like one. It was just the frame, a piece of paper that served as the display covered by clear plastic to make it look like an actual computer screen.

Revealing mistake: After everything with Dawn is over Clark goes back to the prom. Clark asks Lois if she wants to dance. Lois says "I'm not the one you want to dance with." and she nods to the door. The shot switches to show Lana walking in to the prom. When Lois makes her nod to the door Lana would have been completely out of sight. Lois nods before Lana even enters the room.

Revealing mistake: When Jason breaks into the bathroom to rescue Lana we see a shot of the shower from Jason's POV. In that shot you can see the steam is coming from the other side of the tub and is flowing up and in. If it had been actual steam it would go from inside the tub out.

Revealing mistake: In the Talon when Crissy is talking to Clark, we see a close up of her hand aging. However, as her hand ages, a reflection of her real hand (which supposedly aged) can be seen on the metal clip of her clipboard, which is still young and smooth, and not aged.

Revealing mistake: When we see Ian split, his two selves are supposed to be looking directly at each other but they're really both looking slightly to the right. It's hard to focus when there's really nothing there.

Revealing mistake: When Tina puts the necklace on Clark to disable him, he falls to the ground of his barn. As he is lying there, his collar is very dark, and his shoulder is lit up. Since the source of the green light is supposed to be the necklace, his collar should be the brightest lit.

Revealing mistake: Clark tries to stop the three guys who are inhaling refined kryptonite. As Clark gets tossed through a window, you can see the explosion of a small charge in the bottom left of the widow. Highly noticeable since Clark hits nowhere near where this charge goes off.

Revealing mistake: When Clark throws the two villains against the brick wall at the end, it very flexes as though made of foam rather than brick.

Revealing mistake: At the command center outside Martha is watching a monitor with the hostages on it and she asks "Where's Clark?". The next shot is one of Clark running down a hallway, inside the plant, using his super-speed. As he is running the red lights along the ceiling are revolving faster than they normally do and return to normal once Clark stops using super-speed.

Revealing mistake: During the scene with Lana hemorrhaging after giving birth, and Lex being escorted out, we see him pounding on the door and disturbing the blinds, yet in all other shots of hospital rooms in Smallville, the blinds are on the insides of the rooms, not the outside of them.

Revealing mistake: Clark uses his heat vision to warm up Alicia's cup of hot chocolate. When the drink is hot enough to start giving off steam, the "steam" is not water vapor. Water vapor would be nearly clear and rise straight up from the cup. This "steam" is more likely from a piece of dry ice as the vapor is rolling over the side.

Revealing mistake: After Simone's shower when she and Chloe meet, Simone is wrapped only in a blue towel, however, when she goes to the doot to call for Clark, underclothing in the form of a bra or a tube top is visible above the towel's edge.

Revealing mistake: Clark/Dawn shoves Chloe away which sends her flying across the boiler room. If you watch closely you can see that the shove never makes contact with Chloe before she flies through the air.

Revealing mistake: As Krypto presses the button to open Hercules' cage you can hear the button beep as if it has been pressed but the green light is still on. Earlier the beep which means the button worked also turns off the green light.

Revealing mistake: In "Rogue," just after Jonathan has been arrested, Clark walks into the house and punches a wooden beam. If you look closely, you can see the crack in it where it has already been broken.

Revealing mistake: When Clark has the Kryptonite and uses it against Zor-El in the fortress, Zor-El climbs upon a flat surface or hard ice for support. As he gets onto the surface, it shakes like a soft prop.

Revealing mistake: As the helicopter that Lana is in dodges the falling meteors in mid-air, the camera shot focuses in on the cockpit. If you watch Lana's position as she first starts to appear she is semi-transparent and the frame of the window behind her is visible through her body.

Revealing mistake: When Lana has her nightmare, she wakes up in a room and discovers various people on pedestals, underneath body sheets. During the scene, some of the people under the sheets can be seen lightly breathing, although everyone under them is dead.

Revealing mistake: The computer that Molly takes the hard drive from is shown as having no power cord plugged into the back of the unit. With no power being supplied to the unit the hard drive would not be displaying a picture on the monitor, the monitor itself maybe plugged up but no signal from the computer would be going to it, and we see that the wallpaper on the screen is immediately taken off when Molly unplugs the hard drive.

Revealing mistake: When Clark rips the door off the Lincoln, you can see there's no interior panel or door glass.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the scene where Lex crashes into Clark, the close shot shows Lex driving, but the far shot shows an obvious stunt double behind the wheel.
