Nicky and/or Alexander - S5-E11
Other mistake: When Becky first names the twins before leaving the kitchen, Alexander has the peach booties and Nicky has the mint green. When Jesse takes them off and goes to put them back on, he switches these colors, making Alexander mint green and Nicky peach. The next morning, Jesse ends up switching them back to the original, making the baby's identities correct. Later in the episode when he does the foot print and discovers who is who, Alexander is wearing the mint green booties and Nicky was wearing the peach, which was not what the original colors were. So they either still mixed up the babies, or he "changed" the booties other times not shown in the episode.
Continuity mistake: When Danny is helping Jesse eat his cereal he takes Michelle's bib off her and puts it on Jesse. In the next shot it shows Michelle smiling and the same bib is back around her neck.
Continuity mistake: The stand changes within seconds. At first you see that rainbow thing hanging there and in the next frame it's a completely different colour and design. On the top of the shelf the items change and there's a Frisbee there now and a different trophy. This is literally within seconds that it shows Danny walking in on Stephanie hanging from the curtains; he walks over and helps her down and then it shows Joey come in and then you see the changes on the stand. Revealing mistake: When Joey sees his girl (again) in the water and rushes out to hug her (and she disappears again), there's a large brick home visible in the background, on their "deserted island." (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jesse goes to ring Becky, the door behind him (that she later walks through whilst he's on the phone) is shut, but when it cuts back to Jesse after she answers the phone, it's suddenly open.
Radio Days - S6-E4
Plot hole: At the end of Joey and Jesse's radio interview, the host Julie says "Joey Gladstone." However this appears to be the first time she's met him and when Jesse introduced him to her a few minutes before (in real time), he referred to him only as "Joey" and never once told her his surname nor is it mentioned in the interview. Furthermore, she also said she wasn't aware of The Ranger Joe Show so it doesn't make sense for her to suddenly know his last name minutes later when she was never told it previously.
The House Meets the Mouse (2) - S6-E24
Visible crew/equipment: When Danny is holding Michelle after she apologizes and asks if they'd like to come to her party, you can see the wire of her microphone on the collar of her shirt.
Continuity mistake: On the cue card when Danny enters it says "ciao family (girls entrance) " but then when Danny sits down it switches to "ciao family (Cue dog) " but Joey never flipped cue cards. (00:16:30 - 00:17:00)
Character mistake: Jesse calls Bubba the turtle an amphibian but a turtle is actually a reptile.
13 Candles - S3-E17
Continuity mistake: In this episode Comet is still a puppy, meanwhile in the previous episode, "Bye Bye Birdie", Comet is considerably larger in the scene where Stephanie is trying to open DJ's diary.
Nicky and/or Alexander - S5-E11
Factual error: This episode takes place right after Jesse has had his appendix surgery. If he has just had that type of surgery he wouldn't be doing anything yet. It takes several weeks to recover from this type of surgery and he would most likely be tired and be resting a lot.
Chosen answer: There are 4. The big room that DJ and Stephanie used with the big bay window. Next to that (closer to the main/front staircase) was the father's room (rarely seen). Across the hall were the rooms used Uncle Jesse (in the beginning of the show) and Michelle's baby room.
