Continuity mistake: When Kitty comes downstairs to give the gang cookies, she tells Eric that she picked out an outfit for him to wear on career day. He then turns and mouths the words "Help me." In the next shot you can see Jackie sitting on Kelso's lap when in the previous episode, she broke up with him. In the next shot she is standing behind him. (00:01:00)
Continuity mistake: When Eric is at the pharmacy, Bob picks up a bottle of cologne. When the shot switches so does the bottle of cologne.
Punk Chick - S1-E22
Continuity mistake: When Eric and Hyde are talking, while on Hyde's front porch, they talk about painting a pot leaf on the Water Tower before Hyde leaves to New York, but they already did it in the previous episode, "The Water Tower." (00:17:35)
Suggested correction: This episode (production code 120) was filmed before the "Water Tower" episode (production code 123). It was just aired out of order. If you watch it in the right order, there is no mistake.
Suggested correction: Eric said, "Do you remember when we painted the pot leaf on the Water Tower?" Hyde said, "Vandalism isn't a good reason to stay." Eric said, "We wouldn't do it without him, meaning vandalism."
That's not what was said at all. Eric said, "Remember? We were gonna paint that pot leaf on the Water Tower?" Hyde then says, "You can do that without me."
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Donna, Kelso, Eric, and Hyde are in The Hub after Eric Gets Suspended, Donna gets mad at the guys and leaves. But two shots later when Hyde is seen smiling and sipping his soda, you can see Donna's hair on the left side of the shot as if she was still sitting where she was before. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode "You Shook Me", Jackie is talking to a drunk Kitty who is putting mini umbrellas in Jackie's hair. The first shot of her doing this, she puts a green umbrella on the right side of Jackie's head. After Kitty asks for more umbrellas, the shot changes to Jackie which now has a pinkish, red umbrella on the right side and two green ones on the top.
Mother's Little Helper - S7-E7
Continuity mistake: When Kitty is showing Red "The Joy Of Sex" in the kitchen, the book goes from open to shut instantly between shots.
Over the Hills and Far Away - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: When the girls go to Marquette the signs say 'GO GOLDEN EAGLES', however before the mid-1990's Marquette's nickname was 'the Warriors'.
Continuity mistake: After Eric's mishap with Donna's wedding dress, Kelso is in the Forman's driveway with the canoe (yes, a canoe), and the scarf around Kelso's neck changes repeatedly.
Continuity mistake: When Red and Eric were talking in the driveway there was a van right next to them. The tail lights shown on that particular model were only produced in the mid 80's and later.
Continuity mistake: In the second episode of the series Eric's Birthday is in May. The second episode of season 5 Eric says his birthday is in March. In season 6 Eric's Birthday occurs after graduation, which would make his birthday after June.
Continuity mistake: When Donna sees Eric in the driveway, and they apologize to each other, her two braids have a mind of their own as they move up, down, and every which way, as she and Forman speak.
Won't Get Fooled Again - S6-E13
Continuity mistake: When Eric bursts into the kitchen to tell Kitty and Red, who are sitting at the table, that Donna is not pregnant, the items on the table change position depending on the angle of the shots.
Continuity mistake: Aston Kutcher slides out behind the car and screams in excitement while blowing an air horn. When he does, the wind messes up the front of his hair. A few shots later, it's neatly combed again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Kelso enters Jackie's room (the second time) when she is sick, she throws the teddy bear at the door. When Kelso enters there is a shot of the bear in front of him at his feet. The scene changes to only show him from the waist up (he never moves) and then changes to a longer shot where he is still seen. The bear, once at his feet, is nowhere to be seen. The shot then changes to Jackie and back to the longer shot of Kelso. The bear is now behind Kelso's feet.
Continuity mistake: When Eric and Hyde are speaking while sitting on the couch, Eric's left leg is either over his right leg or under it, depending on the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: When Red throws the keys to the Vista Cruiser to Eric, you can see he (Eric) catches them with both hands clasped together, then the camera cuts to show Red and Kitty (with the back of Eric's head) you see now that his right hand is clenched in the air, then it cuts again and his hands are clasped together again. He could not have moved his hands that quick.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eric gets the keys to the Vista Cruiser, just after he catches them, you can see that the door to the living room is wide open, but before when Red and Kitty were telling him the responsibilities of owning a car, it is closed. No one had gone through the door during the entire scene.
Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy - S8-E11
Continuity mistake: While St. Christine and Jackie speak about honesty, the brownies in Jackie's hand suddenly switch to Christine's hands in one shot, then return. (00:20:05)
Continuity mistake: Jackie enters the basement and say: "Oh my God Donna, great story." while she is holding the newspaper by the sides. In the next shot, while the gang is laughing, she is now holding it by the bottom.
