Corrected entry: When Tony is talking to Noah, Tony asks, "What's your background, Noah?" Noah then starts his answer with "Noah...I'm from Los Angeles..." Noah repeating his first name at the beginning of his line does not make sense, and is likely a freudian slip resulting from Noah knowing Tony's lines, and waiting for his cue. (00:04:30)
Corrected entry: Towards the end of the episode, when everybody is gathered at the Sopranos house, Tony opens a door which has a mirror on it. Watch closely as he is opening it, you can see Pussy in the reflection even though he was killed in Season 2.
Correction: This is not a mistake, but a plot point. Tony feels some remorse about having to kill Pussy, so he sees him in the mirror. He is not really there.
Correction: Exactly. He feels bad for killing him. He says you were like a brother to me. To all of us, before he shot him.
Corrected entry: At the gravesite of Livia Soprano, the cast is dressed in black, but there is a man in a light green shirt to the side of the casket in front of the cast who is out of place. (00:39:16)
Correction: This man is cemetery staff, lowering the casket into the grave. Watch as this scene continues, right after Carmela says, "He won't discuss it, he clams up," we can see this man at the bottom right corner of the screen, turning the lever for the casket lowering device as it descends into the grave (00:39:30).
Correction: Tony calls him "Noel" (which he's scripted to do to show either he wasn't paying attention to the guy's name or doesn't care to remember it). Noah then begins his sentence by correcting Tony.
