Continuity mistake: Tony's hair length alternates between a short buzz cut and longer in different shots in the scene where Sil, Paulie and Chris visit him after his mother dies.

Continuity mistake: When Janice is trying on her wedding gown with Carmela, her tattoo is gone. However, in all the other shots, her tattoo is above her cleavage line, between her boobs. It's nowhere to be seen in the wedding dress shots.
Suggested correction: Actually, her tattoo is visible. The style of the wedding dress she had on was obviously chosen for the way that it NEARLY covered up the tattoo. It is easily seen if your eyes are not glued to her cleavage near the 19 minute mark.
Sorry. There is no way her tattoo is covered up. I looked at the prior engagement party scene and jumped to the wedding dress, this is an error. There is no covering it up.
The tattoo is there and it is definitely covered up. Look at her right boob, not left, since we are seeing a reflection of her in the mirror, and you'll find that tattoo all right.
Suggested correction: Actually there is more than one shot where you can't see the tattoo at all. It depends on the angle. In most shots the top of the tattoo is always visible and in others it's not at all.
Continuity mistake: Tony, Carmela and AJ are meeting with AJ's college tutor. Partway through the meeting AJ is asked to leave. When AJ stands up he is wearing beige coloured trousers, but as the shot changes to show him walking out the door, he is now wearing black trousers. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: The location of the gunshot wound changes when Janice shoots Ritchie the second time. First shot shows up high on left side. Next shot shows in center of chest. (00:44:07)
Unidentified Black Male - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: Carmela's lawyer is holding a pen with his right hand. From a different angle, the pen is lying on a paper on the desk.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bacala is telling Uncle Jun about his father and the accident, Uncle Junior gets angry and starts throwing things around, he is wearing glasses. You can see that in between throwing one of the items, he is not wearing his glasses, then he is wearing them again.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the show, Tony is making an ice cream sundae for himself and A.J. He gets a Path-mark store brand aerosol can of whipped cream. When the camera cuts to closer look at Tony the can changes to a Redi-whip brand of whipped cream. (00:49:00 - 00:50:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the pizza place, the coffee pot's handle moves around between shots, and the design changes completely. Sometimes it's round then triangular.
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Janice are discussing the DNR, there is a piece of black ribbon hanging from Janice's necklace in some shots, which is not there in others.
Continuity mistake: The size of the hole made by Tony Blundetto on the wall keeps increasing and decreasing all the time.
Continuity mistake: When the nurse brings Livia her ice cream, the apple juice carton on the tray moves between shots. Sometimes it is in front of the tapioca, sometimes beside it.
Irregular Around the Margins - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: When Tony and Ade are playing darts, Ade throws a '3' and a bulls eye. When it cuts the darts have moved to '20' and '4'. (00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: The amount of bites out of the slice of pizza Chris is eating changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Paulie Walnuts is talking to Tony in the hospital room, the close up of the heart monitor shows the heart rate in highlighted text, with the word "Tachycardia" flashing. In the shot from Paulie's point of view, the heart rate is in normal text and "Tachycardia" is not flashing.
Continuity mistake: When Chris is talking to Jon Favreau in his hotel room, Chris leans across Jon and grabs a pad from the end table next to him. In the next shot the pad is on the table again, then disappears.
Continuity mistake: Tony makes a toast at the dinner table in front of Carmella and Anthony. Watch Tony's wine glass during the toast, the amount of wine in the glass changes dramatically from shot to shot. (00:21:45)
Continuity mistake: During the scene in the office of Bada Bing, Pauli, Christopher, Tony, Silvio and Pussy are all together and the TV is on. Pussy is reading something and Christopher is lifting weights. In between shots, the weights change from Chris's right arm to his left and back again. It could be argued that he changes arms when the camera is off him, but there is one instance where it definitely happens too quickly for this to be the case.
For All Debts Public and Private - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: Tony throws the newspaper at his son and it lands with a corner folded on the cereal bowl. From the opposite angle it is laying straight on the table.
Continuity mistake: When Junior comes downstairs from shaving, his face is completely clean. In the scene that immediately follows, smears of shaving cream suddenly appear under his nose and on his left ear.
