Continuity mistake: Just after Dr Elliot Reid says "frick on a stick with a brick", Dr Cox and Dr Reid have a conversation. In between shots Dr Cox's stethoscope seems to change position. Look mainly at the ear piece side and you'll notice it's closer to his neck and sometimes further. Dr Reid's starts off with 1 earpiece behind her name tag and then between shots both earpieces are above her name tag. At the very end of the conversation, they somehow move behind her name tag. Continuity mistake: When Dr Cox throws JD's TV remote on the table, it lands upside down near to the magazine on the middle of the table. However, the next shot of the table shows the TV remote facing the right way up and near the corner of the table. Also the magazine seems to have moved slightly away from JD's beer. Continuity mistake: When The Janitor and Kelso sits at the bench and Kelso gets up and walks away the bench has straps attached to it lifting it up. The straps weren't there earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Carla turns down the job offer from Kelso the second time there is a pen lying on the table. In the next shot Carla suddenly has her hand on the pen.

Continuity mistake: JD is trying to tempt Turk to do a favor for him with a package of gum. The shot from the front shows JD holding the package with his thumb on the bottom and forefinger on top of the package. The shot switches to over JD's shoulder, and he is now pinching the package on the bottom corner.
