The Old Man and the C Student - S10-E20

Corrected entry: In this episode, Hans Moleman is in a retirement home. But in "Duffless", he reveals that he is actually 37 years old, and therefore is too young to be in a retirement home.

OL1V3R666

Correction: Being that there is no age restriction in being in a retirement home there was nothing stopping Hans from moving into the home. The reason could be that Hans is weak, slow and has poor eye sight. With all these ailments he perhaps decided that he needed specialist care that a retirement home could provide.

The Old Man and the C Student - S10-E20

Corrected entry: Homer flushes his springs one by one and sings a parody of "10 green bottles", but with flushing springs. He goes from 999 to 996 but doesn't flush the toilet enough times to get to that number.

Dan Moat

Correction: While Homer is flushing the springs, it goes to Marge at the door. Homer must then put in more than one spring, then start singing again.

Mistakes

This is a mistake for the introduction for the later episodes. When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage.
