Correction: Grams bounded their powers including spell casting and potion making, so when she died only their spell casting and potion making powers were unbound, Phoebe still needed to read the spell to gain all their powers back.

No. Grams said their powers, that includes all powers. If they had all powers reading from the book would not be needed.

Correction: When Prue and Piper were in the diner trying to use their powres in front of their mom and failed to work they assumed that only one set of girls can only have powers. So if older Piper and Prue did not have any powers they were actually not witches.

Correction: When Barbas makes the girls relive their worst memories, Piper's is her father leaving "for the last time," implying that Victor left and came back several times before leaving for good. Given Victor and Patty's rocky marriage, this would have been another of those periods when he was gone and Patty had to make ends meet on her own.

My Three Witches - S6-E6

Plot hole: When Gith takes the potion from Chris, he ends up stomping on it and shattering the potion bottle - making contact with the potion. We've seen that potions don't have to be thrown by someone who's even a witch for them to work (like when Cole's powers were stripped etc) so why on earth would he do this? And how did it not vanquish him? There are other ways he could have gotten rid of the potion that didn't involve a way that really should have vanquished him.
