New this month Plot hole: Several times throughout the show, it's bought up that there is a seven second delay on Frasier's show at KACL, which, among other things, would allow Roz to "dump" the last seven seconds of what's been said and prevent it from being broadcast. When Roz notices that Frasier is still on the air during his rant, it takes her about nine seconds to get back to her console, so she should have been able dump the last seven seconds of his rant, leaving only the first few words of Frasier's rant (likely no more than "Good grief, have you...") going to air, which would be much less awkward compared to his entire rant.

Revealing mistake: About 1/3 through the episode, they are in Roz's apartment. If you watch when people enter or leave the apartment, the door has a handle lockset. It also has a lock cylinder about 1 1/2 feet above it on both sides of the door. The problem is, the side of the door has no drill hole where the latch assembly should be: it's just solid wood. The lock isn't attached to anything that would enable it to work.

Continuity mistake: Frasier meets Heather in the bar. She is reading a book which she has propped open on the bar, but as they talk, she takes it off the bar and closes it in her lap. A couple of shots later we see book is back on the bar and she is closing it again.
Visible crew/equipment: During the closing credits, Frasier is sitting on his couch with a platter of meat beside him. Eddie is sitting up and begging for it and while he is doing this we can see the distinct shadow of his trainer's hand and arm against the couch. The hand goes higher and Eddie waves his paws higher and as the hand goes down, Eddie lowers his paws. Eddie keeps his eye on the trainer during this whole sequence. Once Frasier gives Eddie the platter of meat, the shadow disappears.
Continuity mistake: Frasier goes into his booth and puts down the magazine featuring Madeline with the page open. Bulldog comes in and looks at the page, and says how attractive she is. But it is definitely not the same page that Frasier had been looking at a couple of shots before.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier and Martin are leaving Artie's hospital room, Frasier has the door about one-third open. Just before they leave, though, as Frasier says "next time he'll stay longer", the door is open much wider. Nobody opened it wider during that time.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the show, when Niles, Frasier, and Martin are at Duke's, Niles says, "I'm not here just for you, Dad" and he puts his hand on Marty's shoulder. The next shot shows him standing about two feet away, with his hands by his side.
Revealing mistake: I think there might be something wrong with the eels in this episode. They don't move in the tank, despite being alive and don't move when taken out either. Moreover, you cannot actually see any in the tank with one exception. Rubber replacements not up to standard obviously.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode after Sam mentions stewardesses he claps his hands, and his seat belt (which was caught on something) moves across his chest to the regular position. Cut to a wide shot of the car and Sam's seat belt is back to the position it was in before.
Continuity mistake: Frasier gets caught in Daphne's room for the second time and crouches down beside her bed with the quilt over his head. He then sneaks into the bathroom - the quilt is left hanging over the edge of the bed. Shortly afterwards he runs out of the bathroom and the quilt is now folded over, completely on top of the bed, even though no one went near it.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Frasier is leaning against the bookcase. There is a shot of Daphne, and after her one line the doorbell rings. The shot then cuts to Frasier who is instantly at the door, although he has not had time to get there.
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the show, Roz takes a large get well card into Frasier's booth - she has some papers as well, which are on top of the card. She lowers the card and the next shot shows the papers are under the card, with no time for changes in position.
Continuity mistake: After Frasier is left alone in the apartment, we can see a glass of sherry and a can of beer on the coffee table, but neither item was on the table when he was talking to the others before they left the apartment. Roz's purse also shifted from the couch to the little glass table during the shot change.
Continuity mistake: About two thirds of the way through the show, Marty and Frasier are talking in the living room. Marty is sitting in his chair with a glass of milk. One shot shows him with both hands on his milk, and then he puts his left hand on the arm of the chair. In the next shot his hands are around his glass of milk again.
Other mistake: When Frasier is complaining that he is not mentioned in the acknowledgments of the novel, he picks up the book and then slams it down on the desk. It sits face up, near the front of the desk. In the next shot of the desk, we see that the book is face down and has moved back.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, Niles and Frasier are in Cafe Nervosa. As Niles says "Matthew Pimm tried to stage a coup", we can see Frasier's hand on his napkin next to his mug. As the shot changes, suddenly both of Frasier's hands are on his mug.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Niles tells the chef to serve the souffle in a large bowl, there is a large bowl of food next to him with no utensil in it. When Niles says "Table Twelve is still waiting for their entree", there is suddenly a utensil sticking up in the center of the bowl.
Continuity mistake: Daphne asks Frasier about his son's birth and he says that he held Frederick for the first time while Lilith was screaming at him that he would never be allowed to touch her again. But in Cheers, in the episode "The Stork Brings A Crane", we learn that A) Frasier was not present when Frederick was born and B) When he finally got to see his son for the first time, Lilith was not angry with him.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier is first looking at the magazine article featuring Madeline, we can see the page opposite the one he's looking at. The next shot shows a different page, even though he is supposedly looking at the same one, all the time exclaiming about how great she is.
Continuity mistake: Frasier is holding a plate of food in the kitchen, but after Roz comes in with the exploded cherries jubilee all over her, the food on his plate has changed completely. It could not have been affected by the cherries jubilee explosion as he had his back to the door when that happened.
Audio problem: Frasier is talking to Elliot on the phone and there is a shot of Roz. In the shot of Roz, Frasier says "You know, Elliot..." and his reflection is visible in the window. But his lips on the window reflection don't move until after he says "You know, Elliot..."
Continuity mistake: Honey walks over to Frasier, a glass of wine in one hand. Then suddenly she uses both hands to rub his shoulders. Supposedly she gave him the glass because it is all of a sudden in his hand now, but we never see him take it from her.
Continuity mistake: Daphne visits the radio station where Frasier works about halfway through the episode. She holds the earphone piece up to her right ear, then it cuts to a different camera angle and the headphones are lying on the desk with no time between shots. It's actually quite glaring.
