Continuity mistake: When Jack is talking to Will at the kitchen area, as Will says "I'm fine, I guess I was just scared", in the first shot he is shaking a bottle of salad dressing. In the very next shot he is now instantly mixing the salad with a pair of mixing spoons. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: At the double date dinner, Malcolm takes a sip of his wine and then Karen starts talking. After Malcolm has put his wine glass down the amount in it keeps changing from almost 1/2 to barely 1/4, back and forth. (00:06:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Will enter the private swimming pool, there is a large sign barely visible off screen, to the side of a bench. However when they both get in the pool the large sign has now moved to being in front of the bench. (00:05:30)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is talking to Will at the bar, she is trying to "break down his wall" and starts talking about his relationships. In one shot an extra drink appears on the bar (whisky?), sitting on a red napkin and in the next shot it's disappeared. (00:14:45)

Continuity mistake: When Karen and Jack are talking at the little table outside Jack's apartment, there is a little menu card (sitting inside a holder) on the table which moves itself as the scene continues. (00:11:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jack is stuck for a special guest on his show Jack-Talk, he surprisingly introduces Grace to be his guest. As she turns around on the sofa and sits down, there is a yellow and brown cushion on the sofa sitting to her right. But in the next close shot of her, it is under her arms as she leans on it. In the next shot the cushion is to her right, sitting on the sofa again. Then as the scene continues, the position of all the cushions on the sofa surrounding Grace keeps on changing! (00:07:20)
Continuity mistake: After Jack has shouted at Patti LuPone to be quiet so he can talk to Will, as Will is thanking Jack as the shots change, the teapot that sits on the table between them continues to change whether it's facing left or right. The items around the teapot (cups, food on plates, etc.) also differs. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: When Grace and Jack are talking to Vince in the Organic Grocer's and they find out he now works there, as Vince walks away from the cans he was stacking, he walks past a table with jam jars on it. In the next shot the position of some of the jars has changed. (00:15:05)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when Grace, Karen and Jack sit at the breakfast table waiting for breakfast to be served, the napkin on the table in front of Grace keeps changing from sitting parallel to or facing away from her, the two crockery items on the table keep moving as well, as do the artificial fruits in the bowl. (00:00:30)

Continuity mistake: When all of the board members leave the room after reconsidering their vote and giving it to Karen, when the shot changes and Scott enters the room, note that now all of the files on the table and the chairs around the table are in completely different positions. (00:19:40)
Continuity mistake: When Annette is talking to Will in the kitchen about him having to be one hell of a guy for Vince, there is a paper circle on the floor under the kitchen's centre table. When Jack enters the room, the paper has vanished and also a large glass bowl has appeared on the tabletop. (00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: After Jack tries to take a bite out of the wax lemon, he puts it down on the table. A few shots later it is no longer on the table in front of him, then reappears for one shot in front of him, the disappears again. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Rip throws the confetti and it lands all over him and the Out TV executive, the amount and position of it, on their clothes, differs between shots during the scene. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: When Karen and Jack are in the Peninsula Hotel, when Margaret, the receptionist rings the bell after giving Karen her suite card, there is nothing on the counter. In the next shot there are papers sitting on the desk right beside the bell. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: In the coffee house scene, with everybody sitting at the table talking about Grace going back to dating - there are two muffins on the table, and by the end of the scene (instantly between shots) a bite appears in the muffin in front of Jack. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: When Karen and Rosario enter Jack's office and put the Cher doll down on his desk, the boa that's on the doll is falling off the shoulders. A few shots later the boa is back in perfect position around the dolls shoulders, though no-one touched it. (00:11:40)
Continuity mistake: When Grace comes in with all the bags of items she stole from Leo's apartment, she has a golf caddy bag on her back which instantly vanishes during shots, without her actually removing it. (00:08:30)
Continuity mistake: When Grace is sitting on the sofa looking at her Wedding album, the ice cream tub beside her rotates itself between shots. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: At the start when Jack and Karen are sitting at the table outside his apartment, during the scene the spray bottle, cloth and phone on the table keep on swapping places. (00:05:20)
