Meltdown - S4-E6

Corrected entry: Rimmer is riding a motorcycle just before the battle. As he is a hologram this would be impossible.

Correction: The motorcycle is a hologram, which is why Holly's face appears in the headlight.

Corrected entry: Why do they build gallows when they bring out the firing squad and end up shooting, not hanging Winnie the Pooh?

James Ollier

Correction: The gallows aren't for Pooh - hanging probably wouldn't work on a waxdroid, so they shoot them instead. The gallows are presumably for Lister and Cat.

Meltdown - S4-E6

Corrected entry: Some of the episode 'Meltdown' must have been filmed on a cold day - you can see Rimmer's breath condensing in the cold air. But surely Rimmer is a hologram - and holograms don't breathe (because they don't need to). Obviously they couldn't ask Chris Barrie (Rimmer) to stop breathing during filming...

Correction: It is established the a third of the run time of a computer with an IQ of 6000 is devoted to one hologram. Obviously he's going to get little details like visible breath in cold weather right.

Lister: Get real, man. Most eunuchs have got more balls than you.

Kryten tells everyone that the matter paddle transmits matter in digital form from one place to another at the speed of light - he is very clear on this point. He then locates Waxworld, which is 200,000 light years away. Okay - so when they use the matter paddle to transmit themselves to Waxworld, why doesn't it take them 200,000 years to get there?

The actor who plays the original Kryten, in 'Kryten', also turns up later as the voice of Talkie Toaster.
