Star Trek: The Next Generation

Conspiracy - S1-E25

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of this episode, Riker orders Geordi (who was navigator at the time) to increase to Warp 6. In response, Geordi replies, "Aye sir, full impulse."

The Big Goodbye - S1-E12

Other mistake: At the end of the episode after delivering his complex greeting to the Jarada, Picard and Riker head for the Turbo lift. Just as they are about to enter, Picard opens his mouth really wide as if making a funny face to someone inside the turbolift or maybe quietly celebrating a 'successful take' given the bizarre nature of the greeting! Although it was filmed from the side it is quite easy to spot.

Datalore - S1-E13

For the rest of the series he doesn't, and in S3: Ep16, "The Offspring", he admits that his programming makes him incapable of using contractions. And in S4: Ep8, "Future Imperfect" Riker questions Data on when he started using contractions, knowing that Data is incapable of it.

But strange things keep happening to Geordi's weapon: when he and the others run forward to rescue Riker, Geordi accidentally drops it in the black pool when he stops abruptly. Admittedly, you can't prove that's a mistake even though it has no purpose in the story. But shortly afterwards the phaser is back on Geordi's belt, clean. Did the sticky, malicious, bullying blob give it back just like that? (People often try and find justifications for mistakes, but in this case, wishful thinking can only give us an extremely unlikely explanation.)

Continuity mistake: Commander Data tells Picard the Saucer Section will arrive in 51 minutes. Riker's synopsis audio can be heard in the background without interruption, and shortly after Data says this, the cameras turn back to Riker and the Video synopsis ends. Riker immediately reports to Picard who then receives the message that the Saucer Section is in orbit. Now, Riker was watching highlights of video footage from the Bridge, of which we see almost all of it because there really wouldn't be that much to view. And that's really all he could watch since we don't have cameras in the "Q-verse" and we see the footage ending with the Q sphere chasing the ship. Also, the entire ordeal was far less than an hour so there's no way a highlight reel could take an hour, not to mention the uninterrupted audio. We seem to be missing almost an entire hour.
