Corrected entry: Charlotte is worried that Trey's inability to perform in bed is physiological, and is relieved to learn that he can have an erection. In a previous episode she gave him a hand job, so she should already know that he can get it up.
Correction: It's psychological, Trey was performing fine (the hand job) until they got married, and then he admitted he saw her as his wife, a pure being, and couldn't achieve an erection.
Plot hole: In this episode Carrie runs into Aidan, who now has what looks to be about a 6 month old baby (Tate). This doesn't seem possible, as Carrie and Aidan would have only broken up about a year ago, and Miranda was around 6 months pregnant when they broke up. Brady is only about 5 months old at this point in the series, leaving Aidan only roughly 8 months to have this baby - but Aidan lay in bed for about a month and then dated Nina Katz for awhile. Timeline just doesn't seem to fit.
Trivia: Carrie is the only main character who never appears nude (she is either dressed or covered by something). Sarah Jessica Parker had a strict "no nudity" clause in her contract.
