Revealing mistake: During Jack and Judy Geller's party, there are many shots where Elliott Gould's (Jack Geller) stand-in is perfectly visible. First, when Catherine walks over to offer congratulations to Rachel and Ross. Second, when Ross looks directly at his "dad" to ask if they have to pretend they're married. Then, numerous wide shots of "stand-in Jack" and Judy seated together in the background, such as after Rachel mentions the ring being the size of her fist, and during the toasts, etc. (00:06:00)

Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe's talking about David she mentions the movie 'An Officer and a Gentleman, ' and when she tells them that David is kind of like the guy she went with to see that movie, in the following wideshot the boom mic can be seen moving around at the top of the screen. Revealing mistake: At the point in the ceremony where Joey forgets the rings, the camera pans out and you see Chandler step sidewards to get the ring from Ross, and Monica step sidewards to get the ring from Rachel and Phoebe. As Monica moves, her dress slides across and one of her feet is revealed; it has what looks like a brown boot or heavy brown shoe on it. (00:20:05)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe calls by the house with the dog, a woman with a handbag is visible in the background, going into her house. About ten seconds later we see the same woman with the handbag walk towards her house again. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning when Rachel falls and starts bleeding, you can see that the wound is somewhere up above her forehead because the blood is running from the wound up there. However, throughout the rest of the episode she has a bandaid going horizontally across her forehead, nowhere near where the apparent wound was. (00:01:20)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where they take Chandler to the hospital, Monica hands the bag of ice containing Chandler's toe to the doctor. The doctor is wearing gloves in one shot then no gloves in the next. This goes back and forth three or four times. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe visits Lizzie, Lizzie is feeding the pigeons with her right hand. In the next shot, a plastic bag has appeared in her left hand from nowhere. (00:11:40)

Continuity mistake: In the episode with Chandler in a box, when Rachel is showing Ross all the things she had kept from their relationship in a shoe box, her hair is tucked behind her ear in most shots, but when she says "I keep the gifts that matter", it's all loose, then goes back to how it was in the following shot. Also in the shot before that line she's pointing the horn fossil's tip at Ross, but when it cuts to a front view she's holding the horn's tip and pointing the broken end. (00:16:30)

Continuity mistake: When Chandler throws his copy of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" under the sofa and it goes across the floor to Monica's feet, she kneels down to pick it up by the counter next to the door, but when she rises, she's next to a chair that's under the table. (00:12:20)

Revealing mistake: When Phoebe says something like, "Look, the last candle is about to go out", she starts counting down, saying "-47,-48..." and you can see Monica looking at the candle. But there is a light source behind her (it can't be a candle because she is looking at the last candle). (00:20:05)
The One with Two Parts: Part 1 - S1-E16
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of this episode when Rachel falls off the balcony, when we are looking out from Mr. Heckles' apartment, a boom mic is visible at the top of the screen just above him. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: When Joey and Angela talk in Central Perk, the black waitress with long hair is visible the background of shots of Angela. When we see shots of Joey the same waitress is also behind him near Gunther. She is in two places at once. (00:05:50)
Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
