Tuesday - S1-E9

Factual error: At O'Neil's retirement party, '2-Way' by Lil Romeo is playing while one of the characters is dancing. This scene is set in the summer of 2001, the song was released in April 2002, nearly a year after the retirement party took place.

Mistakes Were Made - S1-E3

Factual error: There's an ad for Boddingtons Pub Ale in the phone box as the agent calls his girlfriend from England. Boddingtons Pub Ale was never marketed as such in U.K. or Ireland - it was called Boddingtons Export.

Y2K - S1-E5

Factual error: In the scene at the Port Angeles Port of Entry, the signage and the uniform patches say U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The interception at Port Angeles happened in 1999 by the U.S. Customs Service. U.S. Customs and Border Protection wasn't created until 2003 due to the events of 9/11. (00:01:55 - 00:02:45)

Factual error: The embassy building itself didn't collapse. The adjacent one did. The embassy itself was deliberately demolished sometime later.

Factual error: As John meets his girlfriend outside her new apartment, a Lexus RX450h drives past in the background. This model wasn't built until 2010.

Factual error: As Walla walks into the house on the day of the USS Cole bombing (10/12/00), he sees a picture of Bin Laden on the wall. That picture wasn't taken until November, 2001. (00:34:20)

Factual error: Towards the end when O'Neil phones home and walks towards his boarding area at the airport, a CBS news snippet can be seen on a 2015 LG smart TV.

Tuesday - S1-E9

Factual error: At John O'Neill's retirement party, during a toast in the evening, you can see the new One World Trade Center in the background out of the window, where the original World Trade Center towers should be. (00:24:15)
