Continuity mistake: Unsure which episode this is from, but in one episode the cop car arrives towards an accident scene with the typical red and blue lights on the top. Then when coming to a stop, suddenly both lights are red, then changing to a close up shot of the driver's side of the car, the top light is now blue.

Suggested correction: There's no way to verify the scene without knowing what episode or part in the episode this comes from. The fact that you don't even know what episode this comes from makes the entry suspect.
I'm not really familiar with the show to know that. It was being watched by someone else in the home and I caught 5 min of it, but spotted that mistake, which is why I submitted it.
