Continuity mistake: When Pat pulls the shotgun on the group, he is dressed in civilian clothes without his hazmat suit. He fires one shot from the shotgun, and then moments later he tries to shoot Tandy but is out of ammo. The group takes this moment to sprint out of the house, get in the A Team van and start driving away. Somehow, Pat has managed to put on his full hazmat suit, reload the shotgun, and get outside in the driveway in front of the van in time to get run over. He had mere seconds to put on a full hazmat suit, reload, and get outside in front of the van. Impossible.
